Hollywood Studios Main Entrance ATM Kissimmee

Like most of the Disney locations, the people are very friendly. However, the entrance is a complete log jam. This park seems incapable of handling large numbers of people at choke points such as this one. It seems that the park could have done a better job of designing the entrance so that it could handle an influx of people. Since you have to reserve a park now due to COVID, it would seem the park management would know exactly how many people to expect and plan accordingly.

Wait in long lines to park $25, Wait in long lines to enter the park, Wait in long lines to ride rides 50-120 minutes. Unable to ride rise of the resistance NO AVAILABLE SPOTS. $6 Cokes Overcrowded, Overpriced, THE MAGIC IS GONE $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

This was a complete waste of time and money. Long lines. Most of the good things were still closed. If you do the park hopper. A good four to six hours here and your done. Rise of the resistance would have been nice but you better que up quickly or you won’t get a chance. By 10:30 our first day it was fully booked. Second day we didn’t even care to try. If I could have a do over this would be a half of one day thing. Sure will be glad to see the reservation trash be done away with. I’m sure they are all lying about half capacity also. If not God help the poor souls that have to deal with full capacity.

Terrible! The star wars ride is closed. You cant get on unless you're in a queue which is only twice a day. Good luck! You have wait in line after line just to get in the shops. This was very disappointing. Do yourselves a favor and don't waste your hard earned money on this place. Wait til all the Covid madness goes away. Wearing a mask in almost 90 degree heat is no fun. Magic kindom and animal kingdom were also annoying but better than this place. They just want your money and shouldn't even be open or at least sell the tickets cheaper. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Me and my mom are passholders and this is our favorite park! Lots of attractions for older Disney lovers and of course some fun for kiddies (that we love too!) Star Wars attraction is so great and we love the live shows! Masks are still required in doors :)

it's have fanstastic attractions, Star Wars Launch Bay , Toy Story Mania, especially hollwood tower that is not many changed a few years ago, but thrill.

Worst experience ever! The magic has left ! Complete chaos. No express passes at all which would make rides less crowded instead you have to walk 3min to find the back of the line for slinky dog which was 80min wait. And this was at 10am! All rides were minimum 60min wait but most were 75min or more. The worst part is the lines are so long it's so hard to tell what people are standing in line for. Most of the stores are closed in the park it was a waste of $1000 for my family. Feel lucky if you missed out on tickets and be glad you just saved your family misery and possibly even your marriage!

Waste of time and money. Every sanitizer was empty. Every soap dispenser was empty. Park was by far the dirtiest I have ever seen. Employees rude. Never had cast members treat me so hateful. NO MAGIC !!
