Regions Bank Blake Blvd, Celebration

I don't understand y these losers r giving bad reviews. My wife & i have an account here 4 a while now. This is an excellent bank. As far as fraud is concerned they r on it 100%. They have stopped people robbing us many times & canceled r cards & informed us promptly by text or call many times. We r happy with the services.

good morning my name is Sidnei Rodrigues costa I opened an account at the bank regions of metrowest..where I was attended by a wonderful person, kindly...and when I went to unblock my good card the manager of another bank in the region of celebretion...he he just inguinated me...because I didn't look rich...I tore up the contract and the card and threw them in front of his room because he was talking to one and the other didn't answer me...I was despised.. .I felt like garbage...but I'm filing a lawsuit for moral damages against the bank...for being dirty and not looking like the residents of the region because I'm a worker...I may not be rich..and I'm not I'm American...I'm Brazilian...

this is the worst regions branch I've ever been to the branch Manger actually tried to come on to me in a sexualy manner he actually tried to touch my leg very creepy guy and super inappropriate I will be contacting the home office and the police

Always super pleasant and helpful. I’ve been here about 10 times and will happily drive an extra 20 minutes to do business with them. Entire staff is very professional and courteous! Recommend!

Really it's the only Regions Bank in the area for miles and the ATM is out of service.....guess I'll have to start looking else where for a bank that's more reliable

Went to the bank 01/27/22 at 2PM to unlock my account, but the staff didn't helped with my problem because I looked hispanic, so I ripped in half my card that I just opened the account with, left in the table and went to Bank of America.

Complete trash. Horrible customer service. Verizon accidentally duplicate charged me due to an error, they told me to contact my branch to clear up the 2nd pending charge which I saw on my app. The branch kept saying there was no charge and when I told them I saw it they hung up on me. When I called back they’d pick the phone up and hang up immediately. Immediately called corporate and corporate REMOVED THE PENDING CHARGE within 30 seconds of my call. Filed a complaint with corporate and the BBB. Will be removing my account from Regions and going to Bank of America or Suntrust.

Horrible Horrible customer service sat and waited for over a hour to do a money wire from my business account and after sitting for over a hour and not being acknowledged whatsoever when I did finally talk to the manager he was very rude along with the other employees who are just standing around doing nothing

I’ve been getting cash from a bank account that Regions handles for over two years for large amounts at a time some over $4,000 and just today they asked me if I had a account with them, which I don’t because I’ve never liked their customer service at any branch, and all of the sudden they can only give me $1,000 since I don’t have a account with them, according to the same ladies that have been doing my transactions this entire time!!!! Just wow!

They don’t take people in order. And say people have appts when they never did. Worse bank ever.
