Hello, my daughter and I have been members of Parkside Credit Union now for 6 years and this Christmas we were never treated so poorly by the staff and management, they took away our online privileges when we live 40 miles away from the credit union. We have no Idea what is going on with our bank account, we cannot use our debit cards, and our bills are going unpaid. Your Credit union should be for you, not against you. Had a great experience with my loan officer Melinda Dixon today. She was very friendly, easy to speak to, patient with me and all of my questions I had; she answered and explained all of my questions and adressed my concerns as well. Melinda even gave me helpful advice and tips for my loan payments/repayments, really went the extra mile. I was extremely nervous about the whole situation and process to begin with, but Melinda's comfortable demeanor and assitance helped put my mind at ease. Had an account here for over 15 years. They were great for awhile and then their customer service took a turn for the worse. They started to show their true side. I wound not finance anything or have any type of account with them ever again. I would give Parkside Credit Union 0 stars if I could…

This is really not a good bank at all especially with all the other options out there. They will nickel and dime you until you leave, and it is hard to leave. All my accounts are attached and before I can close any of them the credit card must be paid in full. Its an extremely high payment for a fairly low amount owed. Paying it off is taking some time, I’m not rich. On top of that I keep getting all these tiny finance charges.. along with the monthly charge.. Long story short. for a bank design to help the people they are sure charging me a lot for very little

I needed to take out a signature loan for personal reasons, the customer service was fantastic as always. This is my second loan with this credit union. I’m sticking with this company because they really work with people with not so good credit. Melinda was friendly and helpful. Nowadays it’s difficult to find a company with good customer service. I’m a stickler for good customer service. Did I mention the customer service?! Everything was processed quickly with no issues. Highly recommend parkside credit union!!!!!

I think Parkside is a awesome credit union!! The staff is always been there for me and my family!! Today I went to the Westland location with multiple issues that needed to be addressed. Thank God Parkside’s staff member MARIA was there and was able to help me resolve each and every one of those issues! MARIA was courteous, patient and explained every process which made me feel comfortable and allow for the interaction to be completed in a timely fashion. I have been with Parkside for well over 20 years and have no plans of leaving because of their staff members like MARIA!!❤️❤️❤️
