Used the ATM here Saturday to make a deposit. Kept my money, spit out a receipt that said "sorry technical failure" went into lobby along with 2 other people who had the same thing happen. Was told sorry nothing we can do you except take a copy of the receipt and let "them" know. Was told to go to my bank and have them send a dispute form to try and get my money. I did. They sent the form. It's now been 5 days (3 business days), was told "they" never received the form. I was standing there when the form was sent. One of the people in line who was reporting the same thing said it had happened to him 2 weeks prior as well. And this credit union knew it. And they never fixed it. DO NOT bank here.

I've been a member here for about 2-3 years and have never had an issue. The staff is friendly and loans are easy to apply for. Definitely a Great Credit Union.

Been trying to get the amount of money i need to pay my bills for 2 days now. I keep getting hit with max withdrawal frequencies even after they supposedly reset the withdrawal count (at least that's what they told me) i now have to pay more because of late fees due to not being allowed to have my money. Ever since my car went down and i have had to rely on ATM's i have been able to see why people are constantly leaving this credit union. It's a credit union with all the same disadvantages as a bank. The people working there are really nice though. Really good people.

Every time I call the receptionist can answer my questions and goes beyond to verify info. For example, today with this survey was the first text message I ever received from the Credit Union. She had them text her the survey to verify the phone number. The website for online banking is easy to use. They have flexible hours and a great drive thru.

Megan was very profession and quick with sealing my loan process. I was in on my lunch hour and the process was simple, fast and easy.

I love this credit union. The only downside about it is when you locked your online account and got to wait until the next morning to edit your bill payment. And thy have i believe 4 ATM on in Wayne and 2 at the branch and one in the Westland police department

At WWFC the service was awesome. I did not have to wait a long time to be approved for a auto loan. I was not rush or pushed into anything I asked what I needed and with the help of the staff my needs was filled . I walked there branch with a smile on my face and I felt confident in maintaining my SUV I new payment is something I can afford . I had made a big mistake at the drive-thru. It was going to cost me a lot of time and money. Alicia and her team stayed over on a Saturday to help me clean up my mess. They DID NOT have to do that. I thank them.

I was able to get in and see a loan officer on a Saturday with out an appointment , They were able to handle the loan I needed for a first car for my son. Great place to get a loan and do your everyday banking!

Went in for a car loan, did the application for it over the phone with Britney. She was extremely helpful & answered all my questions. Then did the closing with Debbie quick easy & very friendly. If you need a loan go through wwfcu! that’s where we always go & they have the best rates!

I got charged a 'lifestyle checking fee'...whatever that is, it was $5 which wasn't too great to see when I already only have $10 in my account since I only send a portion of my direct deposit here. I think I'll end up closing my account before I get slammed with one of their lovely $35 overdraft fees.
