Bought a car from them a week into having the car I had problems took it to them they had it for over 2weeks and haven’t fixed problem then made me pay $250 for a converter which. Wasn’t the problem, month later the whole engine goes out and starter I tell them they’re not trying to fix or help they just said they tried to start the car and it wouldn’t start when I’ve already explained to them Bad customer service!

Wow!!! All I can say is going to Bank Auto was the best choice in my search for a car after losing mine in one of this summer's floods. The sales associates at Bank got me a very competitive price on an excellent car. They have very modest facilities, with low overhead, which accounts for their great pricing :) Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Buying a car is not always a fun experience, and the no nonsense vibe I got from this dealer was quite refreshing.

Bought a SUV 6 months ago, everything was pretty much fine but after a couple days motor started to get problems to stabilize rpm, it was a timing chain problem and spend 950 dollars more on my recent purchase.

Today was the 7th car deal I have had with Bank Auto Sales dealership. The first was my mother's car about 9 or 10 year ago (a Chevy Aveo). She is still driving it! You will get a fair deal, a decent price, and a dependable vehicle. I will continue to recommend this dealership; as I continue to buy from here.

Such a great car buying experience I wasn't hounded or hassled, he let me look and also let me know he was available to answer questions but I didn't feel any pressure. I got a great deal and it was an all-around great experience and I got the cutest car. I came back today to get my license plate and he even put it on for me and took my old paper plate and threw it away for me. I would definitely recommend.
