I have been buying and selling at this pawn shop for years. When selling things like gold or diamonds, they seem to be reliable and honest. You can get price quotes for what they are buying gold at over the phone. This quote does change daily so you should check daily. I do have some knowledge of the jewelry/gold/silver business so they might treat me differently than the average customer selling something. And when it comes to things like tools, electronics or purses and sneakers, I am somewhat clueless, so your guess is as good as mine. One of their best features is a mobile app for paying the interest due on pawn loans which is convenient, though they do charge a handling fee for every remote payment. Overall, from what I have observed, the prices on the jewelry that they sell are good, and lower than jewelry store prices for similar items. Their offers in buying gold and silver are reasonable and usually at the high end of what I was expecting. The staff is friendly and informative. So, do I recommend them? Yes. They are certainly more open about what they are offering sellers than a lot of other pawn shops.

I moved from Inkster to Taylor and when I was in financial hardship, they are the only pawnshop I will use to pawn my jewelry. I trust Marcus and his team with my jewelry. The customer service is great and they make easy to pawn and retrieve your belongings. They recently renovated the inside of the building and it looks great.

Scam artist Will lowball for anything electronic gave me the best laughs though so if you are in need of a good joke go ahead and stop in he might just offer 20 bucks for your 500 dollar item ya never know!! Or you can use the convient phone text feature that they have to save your self the gas and energy and just get a good laugh from your couch.

Very disappointed been coming to this paean shop over 10 years and now it’s just running into the ground. I was almost given someone else pawn loan until I opened it up and seen it wasn’t mine, just to find out that my loan had been stolen and picked up without my consent and nothing was done and they did not care $1500 down the drain it was jussi a joke to them. Then I had a layaway and it a was canceled without notification and sold same day for same price as well as they took my entire $200 I paid down on the layaway with nothing in return I would suggest not to pawn anything that u honestly care about and I weouldnt do any layaways

The store is neatly laid out and quite clean. A nice surprise from other pawn shops. I was greeted when I came in and the salesman was great to deal with. I locked onto this compressor that I have wanted to replace one I have. The salesman was open to haggling, but firm on his lowest price. It was fair value and he even offered to help load it into my truck. I believed him when he said it was tested, because it still had pressure in the tank! He offered a 7 day guarantee on it, and I told him I would be back in the future to look over other items. It sure is nice to deal with people that are honest, fair and stand behind their products.

Very helpful. I walked in 5 min before close and they didn’t turn me away. They actually work til the store closes. Sold them gold. They paid me about 40 percent value or going rate . Probly could of asked for 50 but I wasn’t worried about it. Had to get rid of the rings either way. Would of took 25%. Good selection of tools priced fairly. I’ll be back.
