Mike Shannon has been a Godsend for me. His professionalism in managing my second home has been second to none. He has been perfect. I have a job that requires me to travel an excessive amount and the last thing I needed was dealing with my old house. Mike was unbelievable. Any issue that came up…. No matter when…. No matter what time… Mike would reach out to me, tell me, explain his options to fix the issue and he would take care of it! Dealing with your local city/ with your tenants/ with the paperwork/ with permits and such…. Mike took all that stress off of me. I cannot express enough how he made it so easy to manage a rental property and even selling said property. I NEVER do reviews but I recommend Mike Shannon to anyone who needs a property manager or selling a home!!

Metropolitan Real Estate Agency run by Mike Shannon is a professional organization. They understand the need of the person and are very reposnive to the tenant's need. I rented an apartment from them and it was very clean and well managed. I have to break my lease before the term ended and when I explained the reason to Mike, he worked with me and helped me out.
