Chase Bank Ford Rd, Garden City

never have a working atm and they have 3. 2 have been broken a week. The third died while I was in line. It kept the ladies deposit and her card after she waiting 15 minutes on processing and clicked cancel. Not sure how the bank is inside as its only open while I work. I actually have to switch banks because I can never get money out of an ATM here. at least 2 of the 3 are broken 50% of the time you go there.

I absolutely LOVE this bank!!! Ms. Kenielle Brown went above and beyond to help me open an account, took her time and was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Anytime I have an issue they are helpful. I don't have any complaints they are all fast and friendly.

This bank use to be the best. It seems as if it's gone down hill in the past year. I have been in there a few times and waited forever. Saturday there was a man in there and he had been there 20 minutes as I saw it on the sign in sheet and no one even spoke to him to say they would be with him or ask what he wanted. There were 3 people in their cubicles 1 alone and 2 of the workers were standing there talking in a cubicle for the 10 minutes I waited. I had to leave and go to another chase bank as they closed at 2pm and I had to driver over to another bank 10-12 minutes away. Chase just doesn't seem to keep their people any longer and the banks seemed all understaffed now. I am also a member through my husband of a credit union and they wait on you immediately and you see the same people. Thinking I am moving my accounts out of chase. this has been going on while cherryhill and merriman also hard to get waited on. The people that work there are the nicest people they are short handed though.

I have no problem wit this bank they were professional courteous and the wait time was not long ...The gentleman was fixing to go on lunch but he stop n took care of my bussiness and another time the lady just talk with me on any concerns I had and took care of my bussiness so they were great to me ...we,no longer have a,bank in inkster,

I want there so they can help me figure out my online banking worst experience I’ve ever had when the banker couldn’t help me I asked to speak to the manager when the manager came out he was so rude I asked for his name he threw his Business card at me I went to another chase bank they treated me with kindness and respect and were able to help me it took five minutes literally I will never go back there again

Once again Chase just to use a Chase ATM I have to go to 3-4 branches because they are either full or empty or not even working..here it is 1:00 on a Monday and they ain't even working the constant thing all broke down. Person that feels these things is slow and obviously is not doing their job. I left one branch he was filling it or emptying ATM or whatever he does, I went to the store went to the gas station and still beat him to the next Branch 2 miles away...he pulls up behind me what a joke! Chase could care less!! Huntington's looking better and better every day!!

They made a boo boo. I'm hoping they make amends by paying for some Amazon items(my favorite place to shop) and pay $57 for a cash advance loan I had to get to pay rent. The interest is $57. Thanks Chase. Want a real good bank? Give Chase a Chance!!

Great service. The teller forgot my dog biscuits, had to send them a second time. Very, nice teller.

Staff is great..i know they have to be friendly, but it seems somewhat genuine..only chase branch ill go to..anything u need they'll help with..and then some..and no i dont work there.

Interesting I read the reviews and thought well let me form my own opinion. I am bank shopping and was told they can't give me information over the phone I have to come in. Not going here!!!!!
