Credit Union ONE Warren Rd, Westland

I've been with C U One for over 30 years and it's been a great relationship. I like the upgraded online banking app. It's easy to navigate. Westland Branch employees are easy to work with, they're knowledgeable and helpful.

I have been with this credit union for over 10 years and I am very disappointed in how we were treated recently. I have switched to another place a bank this time. I would never recommend Credit Union One. Think twice before you do. They screwed us on a fraud causing us thousands of dollars. They are not helpful at all especially the Westland Branch.

Great credit union! They only get 4 stars because they don't have many ATMs that offer cash deposit or withdrawals. People don't always have time to stop in the branch which is why ATMs exist. Other than that, it's a great credit union that offers many benefits to its members.

If you're looking to go to this ATM on a Friday afternoon, it's likely out of cash. But I do like the new ATM card feeder. Feels more secure than most ATM card readers.

This is not in reference to any particular location but Credit Union One in general. I live in Ohio and this is where they financed my camper that I bought in the Detroit area. I love the camper but HATE dealing with this bank. Everything is a headache with them. The website sucks. I have a hard time paying my bill every month because the website is down or not working correctly. Customer service is absolutely horrendous. I wish they would sell my loan.

STAY AWAY!! I have a business account and personal account with this credit Union. It’s been one issue after the next for me here. It all started when I was making payments out of my business account for work related expenses - apparently this credit union only allows for 2k$ per day to be spent on the card after which point all other transactions are declined. That’s cool. But I RUN A BUSINESS and frequently need to spend more than that on card for supplies!! Next issue was when I reached out to apply for a mortgage- I called and spoke with a guy who handles loans for them. We spoke once , he sent over an email then disappeared… I have an 800 credit score and no debt. I would assume you would want my business. So I called the 800 number and complained about being ghosted by them. He immediately called me back and gave me an attitude like he had just been reprimanded by his bosses. And my most recent issue with this bank is the Westland location - who ever runs that branch should be ashamed of themselves totally sloppy and unprofessional- the lobby is still closed due to covid and “ understaffing “ issues. It’s been 2 years. Either close the branch or get back to work.

I am so disappointed with their services. With direct deposit, you can't see what your amout is until the day of, when your deposit is posted the day before pay day. They limit services on transfers. They charge a ten dollar maintenance fee on your accounts. They're just terrible. Gotta find a better credit union😞 I couldn't even make a cash deposit at their ATM😩

It’s 2022. How come we can’t deposit cash in the Westland branch ATM?

Online banking is difficult to use and minimalistic, no card given to access my account to deposit through ATM after hours (made banking with this CU difficult as I work). Sat on hold for 30 minutes to spend 2 minutes getting loan payoff info. Will not be banking here again.

Great customer service. Everyone is really nice. Aaron is wonderful. He has been helping my husband and I. Won't bank anywhere else.
