STAY AWAY! If you read the other reviews there's attorneys commenting on the illegal business practices. The selection of rusty stolen firearms and broken power tools is minimal & over priced. The appraisals on jewelry were disrespectful/insulting. The sister location in Garden City was recently shut down for the same unethical business practices, and awful customer experiences... I'm sure this location will soon follow. The creepy old guy behind the counter is awkward and uncomfortable to be around. Just STAY AWAY!

Recently purchased a few guns, awesome experience and knowledgeable and helpful staff. I felt with Alan. Cool and fun to talk to.

Went into 14k today to pick-up some patriotic merchandise. Bruce spoke with me last week and gave me a time to go in (out of his way on the holiday weekend which was impressive). Mikey greeted me promptly and the transaction was smooth and fast. Cool dude. Very knowledgeable. I'll definitely be going back as they get more stock of patriotic merchandise.

Awesome shop. Staff was knowledgeable and willing to work with the customer. Prices were fair when it came to pawning and selling items. I look forward to coming back to support the shop. Obviously from all the positive reviews, I’m not the only one who found myself wanting to go back as soon as I left!

Came down here after seeing their ad for 7.62x39. 35 cents a shot, 350 plus 21 tax for a case, and that's Red Army Standard, no less, not Wolf or TulAmmo. Super nice fellas, very helpful with getting me my ammo. Probably the best price I've found in the lower peninsula so far. Worth the drive to avoid paying 50 cents a shot!

If you like going to a store that has two arrogant dudes that park in a way to take up two spots... One of which thinks he's cool cuz he has a jeep gladiator... This is the place for you. They lean back in their fake leather computer chairs and point to things you ask about instead of showing any sort of enthusiasm for their business. To be honest it looks like they need some help in there cuz it's pretty bare.

I had sold a pistol and was on the hunt for something new to me. I had already checked out some of the local gun shops, only to be disappointed that their used pistols were only $25 cheaper than buying new. On a whim, I decided to stop into 14K. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Allen. Great guy. Very knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable asking questions without feeling like I was speaking with the passive-aggressive IT person who's quietly judging me. He didn't tell me what I/he wanted me to buy. He asked what I was looking for in my new EDC pistol. He then made his suggestions to me based on what I was looking for and based on my budget. I walked out of 14K with a smile on my face. Very happy with my purchase and the customer service provided by Allen. If you're looking to purchase a gun, you most definitely need to speak with Allen at 14K. Moving forward, I plan on stopping in and seeing what they have in stock before I make another gun purchase. I was thoroughly impressed.

Very quick service and well handled. They are very reasonable and understanding. The prices they give seems way above what it should be and was happy with the sale. They are wonderful people and the store is clean and organized.

What a joke they use eBay to quote prices. I went to a real shop and got a legit quote without a computer. Go figure a real shop know value without ebay.

I've purchased several items from this location. Two MacBooks, jewelry, and a Husky toolbox. Every time, the employees have been beyond helpful and cordial. They're honest, straightforward, and their prices are more than fair. When I have something in particular in mind, and I don't want to pay full retail, I can count on 14kt for quality items and fair prices. It's a busy place, for sure, but I've never been treated poorly, or regretted a purchase.

Would love to give this store a 10 Star review but Google only goes to 5.. lol I have nothing but great experiences every time I go to this location. The owner Bruce is great to deal with. Very helpful. Staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful as well. GREAT group of workers all around. Great place to buy firearms with great prices also. 2 Thumbs up..

Mikey was extremely helpful and patient with my mother and soon to be step father. They were looking for rings and he helped with sizing and selections. His customer service was exceptional!!!

The guy who helped me knew a lot about rifles and gun in general was a great help with choosing the rifle I wanted also was great to talk to overall had a great experience buying from 14k pawn

Top quality pawn and gun store staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Allen is great to work with took the time to answer all my questions and even texted me when I had questions and I was no longer in the store not often do you find customer service like that! I love this establishment! I’ve been to this location on several occasions and every time I’m greeted and treated with the best customer service. The guys here are knowledgeable, humorous, and genuinely try to assist you and not “get the sale”. I travel from Macomb County because of the service I receive. Best shop ever!!!!!

I've been buying from here since about May, and I wish I came here first. The folks who work here are really polite, helpful, and patient people. They will treat you with respect and help with what you need. I'm relatively new to the firearms community, and these guys gave me valuable advice on gun safety. Really can't beat 100 rounds of 7.62x39 Tulammo for $35, too! AK guys take note!

These guys are hilarious! I literally left the store almost walked out without my money. The guys stopped me and laughed saying we were going to see how long before you realized you forgot the money. It was funny but as a customer I appreciate the honesty and the gesture. Anyone else probably would of let me walk out but they didn’t. These guys are trustworthy and they know their stuff. Will definitely be back again to buy and sell and I recommend everyone to go there and experience the great, fun, customer service. Keep it up guys!

I had been looking for a simple mans gold band at local jewelry stores and could not find what I wanted and that didn't cost a fortune. Someone told me about 14K Pawn so I decided to check them out. 14k Pawn had EXACTLY what I wanted at a very reasonable price. The guys were very patient, friendly and helpful.

I have used 14k Pawn & Gun for the last year now and I have to say that the guys there have Ben so helpful and understanding with a situation that had come into my life with my father getting sick . I have used other pawn shops in the past but 14k Pawn & Gun went above and beyond in their level of customer service helping me out when money was tight. It is rare to find a business now a days with such GREAT AND UNDERSTANDING PEOPLE. There prices are good on the items for sale and they give u a great deal on items you pawn. The staff are friendly and professional, you can tell they love what they do and are very knowledgeable! I got the perfect ring, for a great deal! Definitely would recommend checking it out. I myself will be going back in the near future!

Went in there to buy my first firearm, was nervous because I’ve never bought one before. The two bearded gentlemen were very helpful and knowledgeable on helping me pick out my first firearm. I did a little shopping around before I stoped in 14k and noticed there prices were lower than most shops. I will definitely be back for further business and highly recommend 14k!
