I went in to the store to get a loan and the Manager, a Miss Kali (I think was her name), was Very Knowledgeable & Extremely Helpful 🙏🏻 I was having difficulty with the online application customer service team and Gratefully, she stepped in, talked to them and got me a quick $7500 🤑 She even stayed late to help me out 🙏🏻 A BIG shout out to her Expertise and to Oportun for have Excellent Managers 🙏🏻🕉️

I recommend this location 100% This was my first experience with Oportun and oh my was I content with they way Kalia took care of my application process. I noticed she was bilingual and I prefer to speak English and when I tell you her English was immaculate 🔥 oh my it was. I’m overjoyed with the way kalia presentes herself and she was actually the only Employee in the store and it was pretty busy and she managed to be very attentive and took care of everyone in a timely manner. She definitely needs a raise 👏🏻 Thanks Kalia
