It was friendly, positive about coming in to see how much we could borrow, unerringly cheerful agent. Answered all our questions.

After being fully preapproved and doing everything online I was fully approved for these loan. Then I went in and did some online things they suggested. Now I'm no longer approved for a loan. All they did was lower my credit score and screw me over. During this covid crisis I suggest you don't use these people. They don't even know how there online application works. I told then I could only upload 1 document at a time. So I was sent a personal email, now I feel like the person on the other end of the phone is trying to steal my information. They refused an appointment for a loan I was already approved for. I'll be calling corporate to make sure all my information is safe

We have never had to do this process before and will never do it again. We got the pre approval, turned in all of the paperwork the agent asked and she called to tell us we were approved. She had us go to the dmv to change title to save us the fee in office. We went that night turned in the signed over title and signed papers. The next morning she calls and says we're no longer approved. We were confused now our car is in their company name for the next 3-6 weeks until our title comes back and they are refusing to give us the money (we didn't really have) that we paid to have it changed by their instruction. They said the only way they will reimburse us is if we turn in the paper work she forgot to ask us for and go through with the loan......so you're holding it hostage unless we do business with you? So..so wrong. I explained we wouldn't have paid if she never told us to go have it changed we have never done this before. Not only are we not interested is continuing with the loan they seem to not care that a family who obviously was trying to get help is screwed out of money. I wish we never started this process in the first place. Now our car doesn't even belong to us and we got nothing for it. They would not give me any regional manager info.

I’ve made every payment on time for a year and a half, and I make more money now then when I took out the loan, but I still get rejected every time I try to refinance it to get the payment down. What a joke this is.

My boyfriend and I have received 2 loans from this location. We make our payments on time and have never missed one. Not one payment. At this point we are struggling a bit due to rent increase and so we called to see if they could help in any way and was rudely informed by Ms. Makala that unless income has changed, they cannot help us. I said okay so if we can no longer afford to make payments you can't help? She repeated herself as if I didn't hear her. Saying income needs to change in order to recieve assistance of any kind. It's like they're only nice while you're applying for the loan and once you're in it, they're completely hateful. Also, don't waste your time emailing as no one responds! Ever. Extremely unprofessional staff. Honestly do not get a loan here. One main is a major rip off with the interest. DO NOT GET A LOAN HERE! YOU WILL SORELY REGRET IT.

One main financial is a friend in our everyday personal loan needs and they met the mark. They were very professional,understanding and advanced in there simplified system to get the loan that I needed with a handshake and a smile It was great...I trust them.

I received an invitation letter in the mail from this outfit inviting me to apply for a loan. As I do not like receiving these annoying letters, I telephoned this office to have my name and address removed from their mailings. A man by the name of Todd Stiner answers the phone and I ask him where he got my name and address and he replies “The Credit Bureau”! Well I then tell him that I don’t appreciate receiving these letters and to remove me from these mailings. He rudely exclaims for me to take care of this issue online via the link in the letter but then offers to take care of the issue over the phone. He even became argumentative with me over why I wouldn’t want a loan at a time when we are in a global pandemic. Very disrespectful and unprofessional treatment was exhibited towards me. I would be very skeptical to do any business with this outfit given the atrocious manner in which I was treated!

Very disappointing experience. I received calls and emails several times a day for over a week after originally submitting my application and being approved, however the second I called them back to provide all the information they requested, I never received another call after that. They didnt even bother to tell me the application was actually denied, I simply stopped receiving phone calls and when I had the chance to finally follow up, was then treated like a "second-class citizen" after finally being told the application was denied. The woman on the phone then goes on to dismiss me with an attitude and a very snobby "you just don't have the money" response. It's astonishing this company gets any good reviews. What an embarrassing way to handle a situation...

I've had excellent customer care and quick service. I will use them again in the future. This is a high interest rate business for people with less than perfect credit so make sure you can pay the loan back and as quickly as possible.
