Good loan company but I felt there was too much pressure to sign up for the loan “money makers” like the 6 different types of insurance they try to sell you on. The loan is already at 35% APR so I mean couldn’t they just ease up on the pressure to buy those extras insurances?

Do not trust those offer letters they send out. I was suckered into it and applied and they said I was approved only to find out less then two hours later before heading in to sign for it that they cannot approve for anything without a co signer. The lady just gave me a run around about why they cannot even with credit being good. Wasted my time and a hard credit inquiry. Don’t waste yours.

As soon as I entered the employees welcomed my aunt and I! I’d like to say my thanks to them especially to Jose and Alika for their help! If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t be able to get what I was looking for! They were really professional and quick! Again, thank you guys!

Aleka was great, that guy is a blessing in disguise. Hold onto him! He made my experience fun when I was initially angry, like I always am with most of your incompetent employees. That guy has a brain and actually cares about his customers—thank you!

I had a couple of questions. Two ladies working there one was on the phone, The other was sitting way in the back she didn’t even come up to the counter to see what I needed, from far away she asked what I wanted. I was wearing a mask ( making it hard to hear what I was saying ) and trying to explain myself, not sure if she even understood me she tells me that we are not a bank. She didn’t even take the time to come up and actually listen to me and see why I was there.

I was approved for a 5k loan, went through a series of questions with a young lady who did not have customer service phone etiquette, called me and let me know I was approved for 2 loans & was highly irritated when I asked her questions and I would get responses like “ummm because” “umm yeah” “umm likeeee because this is what we have to ask you like because” seriously. I would never give my information or time to a child who can’t even answer questions in regards to a loan. I politely told her in the middle of conversation, I’m so sorry I can’t continue your energy needs to be adjusted and I going to declines this loan offer. Hopefully who ever she is gets a wake up call or your buisness will definitely see one..

Got a loan, easy enough with collateral. Then again I could have gotten that at a check cashing place. The reason for 1 stars is the interest rate. 2and reason is when paying off the loan they informed me they cant take 2 payments from different sources in 1 day. I show up the next day and they charged almost 10 dollars because of daily accrued interest. Thanks for robbing me.

Quick and painless. Once I got in and was talking with Cody & Jacob we found that my existing personal loan could be redone as an unsecured loan, payment would be a few dollars less per month and I got the cash I needed. Triple win for me.

These people are not professional, competent, trustworthy or moral. Once our loan is paid off we're done. They will hound you and hound you and hound you about loaning more money. You'll regret doing business with them. Guaranteed.
