WOW! I was looking for a small SUV for myself as my daughter will start driving in the next 6 months. I was leery of buying something on the internet, especially 4 states away. But Connor was quick to answer every question -- he even sent the inspection report and CarFax in the first email! My Tucson arrived yesterday, dusty from the travel, but in pristine condition. I'd definitely give Connor a call if NexGen has a vehicle you're interested in -- outstanding customer service all around!

Awesome dealership! With so many great vehicles on their lot, it’s definitely not hard to find one to purchase immediately! Very clean, high quality vehicles. Their staff provided excellent customer service and made the whole process a great experience. They have an amazing no pressure atmosphere and are extremely professional in how they do business. Bought a vehicle remotely and the sales rep did a great job with videos, communication and follow up. They worked to help me pick it up outside business hours. I did have an issue with an airbag warning shortly after purchasing the vehicle. Nexgen worked with my extended warranty to take care of payment. I was a little hesitant of salvage title and the repair work. The airbag and transmission service lights came shortly after purchase but Nexgen helped make it right. I would recommend a extended warranty as a added layer of comfort on a newly repaired salvage vehicle just be aware it won't cover bumper-to-bumper.

So actually I would rate a little under not a solid 5. Staff was good. Iam more of a wheeler dealer kind of guy and so going to a dealership that flat doesn't budge was a bit tough on my ego. I was definitely surprised by the vehicles that this dealership has for sale all were nice not what I expected when looking at rebuilt title vehicles . Overall experience was really good the finance department was cool and low pressure and yes I would buy from again and would recommend them if they have what you are looking for.

Conner, (my sales rep) was awesome! From the very beginning, he was attentive to my needs and answered all of my questions. Super fun to talk to and very relatable. I knew exactly what I wanted which probably made it super fun for him. Even after the sale, he has been so good at answering all of my questions. I chose to buy a branded car. I know the risks associated with it. However, right from the beginning, the AC on the car does not work. The inspection is probably done by the mechanic that they use. Connor said that it passed the inspection, however, I guess the AC was missed. I do feel disappointed by that. Makes you feel you cannot trust their inspection process. Makes you wonder, "if they missed the AC, what else did they miss" Connor was amazing! Five stars for him. Edit: Conner reached out to me and they are helping me resolve the issue with the AC. Because of this, I am very happy with them.

I had been searching for a Chevy Colorado truck for the past 6 months. I drove by Nexgen Motors and saw exactly what I had been looking for. I was greeted warmly and was allowed to not just drive the truck but take it for the afternoon while I made my decision. I decided to buy the truck that day and the documentation and paperwork were expedited as quickly as I’ve ever experienced when buying a vehicle. Broden Carr was a great salesperson. No pressure just facts and details about the truck I bought. Informative let me take the vehicle to my own mechanic and body repair guy to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I had my own funding source so I did not need them for finance. I drove the truck one day, went back and took the truck to my repair guys I trusted. Had my credit Union send the money every thing was signed via DocuSign. I picked up the keys and was out of dealership in 15 minutes. Easy, simple, no hassle. The way it should be. I would shop there again if I found a vehicle I wanted. I bought a Ford F-250.

Saw a KSL add for a Tacoma, which we have been trying to find. Chris (the GM) got back to me quickly, then Cole helped us through the whole process. Staff was very friendly and worked around our busy schedule. Cole was great with us and answered all the questions and concerns we had. We never felt pressured into anything during the whole process. We are very happy with our purchase and our experience with Cole!!! Cole was very accommodating with all our requests for learning everything we could about the car and its prior damage, the CarFax report, as well as allowing us to have the car inspected by a mechanic of our choice before deciding to purchase. The car was driven by the owner's wife, so the milage was not represented correctly online would be the reason for the 4 star rating.

Update: I called Nexgen Motors today to try and find some info about a VW Golf we purchased a few months ago. Tyler answered the phone and could have simply answered "I don't know", or "we don't have that info on file." Instead he took the time to find what he could and in the end was able to tell me when and where the tires for our vehicle were purchased. So, thanks again to the outstanding staff at Nexgen. I will be back. ❤️ Cole rocks! Gavin greeted us at the door immediately which is always nice. We checked out a GTI manual. I was too scared to drive it so Cole took us for a spin first, then took my son out for a test drive. He was not pushy at all making the whole buying experience excellent. Thank you very much.

I’ll start by saying that I’m a pretty picky car buyer, even more so about the dealerships I shop at but Cole at Nextgen Motors blew away all my expectations! We arrived needing a car because our son had wrecked ours. We live 5 hours away and were on a really tight budget. We walked in and we're greeted by Gabby. She was attentive and showed us a few cars. We decided on one and went and test drove it. We liked it but it had some minor things wrong with it that my wife and I didn't like. They had their guy come out and fix these minor errors and they made the sale. One of the head guys even said they would fill my tank with gas. After we left they didn't fill the tank with gas. I'm sure they would have held up their end of the agreement, but someone forgot and we had to go a long ways home. Would've been five stars if the would've filled the tank. Gabby was awesome and highly recommend her. Great selection and awesome building as well.

Nexgen Motors had a lot of different options, all with great prices. We test drove 5 cars here and the quality of all of them was better than all the other dealerships that we previously went to. Broden was an exceptional sales associate and was able to answer all of our questions. He made the experience of buying a car great. We will be coming back for our next car in the future!

Was happy with our experience buying our minivan here! Great prices, so they don’t haggle/prices are firm. Friendly, easy to work with, and are no-pressure salespeople. Riley was very good to work with, and even replaced an interior cabin lightbulb himself when I let them know it didn’t work. Would recommend!

The place was very clean and the staff were super nice. Broden worked harder than anyone I have ever bought a vehicle from at getting the numbers I needed to get my truck. Chris worked the numbers so I was satisfied for my trade value. I was nervous of the salvage title at first but insurance came out a lot better than I thought. And I did the research and you can get a clean title from dmv with inspection. Great work and even better truck

I'd avoid this place.. we wanted to give branded title a try to get a good deal and low mileage so we purchased a Honda Odyssey that was only a couple of years old. Well the transmission just went out completely and it's only been about 18 months. Just got a quote from the dealer to replace and they came back at $9,000. It's really not worth the risk or your trouble when the rebuild they do is sketchy at best... it was good enough to pass their 'third party inspection' but now we know the real story and it's a painful one. We also found out later that there are significant panel alignment issues on the body and there is damage to the frame the wasn't disclosed. We were told specifically that the accident didn't damage the frame at all. Be careful, live and learn.

Not a secret - they sell branded titles. That means there are some great deals. Not only a good deal, but full documentation of what caused the damage, the fix, and a full inspection. We got our own inspection which confirmed they did good work. Separate observation, half of the sales staff had slicked hair... not sure why they work so hard to fit a stereotype.

The deal did not go through and saleman said he issued the refund for deposit money back. However I have not received the money yet. Overall experience was good on the sale side. Recommend to folks though

Bottom line upfront, I love my new car but I would not buy from this dealership again. The buying process from Nexgen was an interesting experience to say the least. I worked with Cole and the initial buying process was fairly smooth and fairly low pressure. Once the paperwork was signed the real headache began. Following 30 days after purchasing and the DMV hadn't received any of the required paperwork for registration, I reached out to Cole and he told me everything was in the mail/process and I should be able to register it before the temporary registration expired. But once the initial temporary registration expired (45 days) I contacted the DMV to see if they had the paperwork. After giving the gentleman on the phone my VIN, he said that the title wasn't in the system and that the dealership didn't have the title either! I immediately went to the dealership and talked to Cole. He told me that this is common business practice and in fact the dealership doesn't have the titles for almost all the vehicles on the lot. He then renewed my temporary registration and said he would call me when they received the title. Fast forward another 45 days (temporary registration #2) and I again reached out to the dealership and was told the title was in the mail and they wouldn't renew my temporary registration.  4 days later I finally received the title but to top it all off I had to pay the postage due ($3.70) to get the documents. I would hope that the document fee I initially paid would cover this minuscule cost, but it looks like budgets are tight everywhere. However after the long wait I was able to finally register my new vehicle in my name. I'm not in the industry so I am not fully aware of what "common business practices" are but having to wait 96 days after initial purchase to get all the paperwork finalized seems like an extremely long time. All this aside, I still love my new car but I would not buy from this dealership again.

The process of buying a car with them was quick and easy. We are very pleased with our purchase and hope it lasts for many years. The salesman Scott went above and beyond making sure we were informed and taken care of. It was nice to know he actually cared about the quality being delivered to a family of seven.

UPDATE: 11/30/21 Even though they did not return our previous phone calls, they did contact us within 2 hours of the original review posting. Their answer to the warranty issue was to cancel the one we had and offer us a different one that has a higher deductible and may or may not cover any issues. It definitely had less promised coverage than the first one. Three weeks ago, my husband texted Alex to ask for a refund of the warranty instead and we have not heard anything from Alex or anyone from Nexgen. Alex specifically told us to text her because she responds quickly to texts. Currently, the funds for the warranty are sitting in limbo somewhere since the new warranty has not been approved by us and the original warranty has been canceled, as per Alex. As for the title issue, the answer given was that they cannot even order a title for a car they purchased from out of state until the car is purchased here. They had purposely left the odometer statement blank and Utah law requires the actual mileage to be stated. If the actual mileage is unknown, then THAT is to be stated. So, with that being said, how many other customers have a Utah title that says ACTUAL MILEAGE when in fact, it is not? Like I said previously, there are many positive posts for this business so if you decide to buy from Nexgen, just be sure to ask the hard questions and go into the contract with your eyes wide open. I don't usually post reviews but I felt people needed to be made aware. We purchased a 2019 BMW from Nexgen at the end of May. Yes, it has a branded title. We purchased a warranty plan from them to the tune of $5000 because they assured us the company was a good one to work with and it would cover many repairs without issue. THIS WAS NOT TRUE. We took our BMW to our local dealer and discovered we had two parts that needed to be replaced (and of course they would be costly) that should have been covered by our warranty. However, and this is important, since the parts used to fix our BMW were NOT SPECIFIC TO THE VEHICLE they would NOT cover them. This includes not putting in the correct windshield. Imagine our frustration. We really like the car but this was such a slam to us. On top of that, we discovered that the title for this vehicle has some issues as well and that is something we tried to ask Alex and Tyler about. Neither of them have returned our phone call. Instead we are going to contact the State of Utah to see if they can help us get answers. Most experiences seem to be good ones with Nexgen but it's only fair that the public knows not every one is satisfied with their purchase. When you spend close to $50,000 on a vehicle, you can't expect perfection but you should be able to expect some honesty and communication from the dealer. Needless to say, we won't be purchasing another vehicle from Nexgen and if asked by someone, we won't recommend them.
