Utah Community Credit Union (UCCU) W 800 N, Orem

UCCU gave us a great rate on an auto loan for our daughter's first car. The loan officers we worked with were very nice. They worked diligently through some issues we faced in processing the loan. This is the second auto loan we have had with UCCU for two of our children. Highly recommended.

While I was looking to try out something new other than a bank, the agent was kind but it seemed that she was lessinformd about her companies services as I was expecting. Also I was disappointed that there was not a lot of possibility of income growth for my savings account that I opened. Perhaps made a mistake.

Sarah was the person who helped me, I was finding more about my fees and she asked for the code word so I called back again afterwards to find out and she said that she couldn’t help me over the phone even after I found my “code word” which meant she couldn’t have even helped me in the first place, I don’t know if it’s just this individual or how the bank works but if it is then don’t mind having a phone at the bank because it wasn’t any help.

Love my credit union! Everyone is so helpful and friendly, and they gave me a great rate!!

I was very pleased with the service for opening a new account at UCCU, but I am not new but actually a customer for 45 years!

I deposited a Cashier's check from an RV I sold. They said it would be placed on a 3 day hold. I asked why, since its a guaranteed payment. They indicated its their policy. It's been 7 days now and the funds still haven't been released so that I can purchase my new RV. UCCU used to be a great place to do my banking. No longer the case. If you have a silly policy, at least keep it and release the funds in 3 days as promised.

I work with Bonnie to set up my truck loan through a private seller. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and fast at her job! Thanks for walking me through and helping me with my loan!

The branch manager James here is amazing! He really cares about his customers, and their experience. He went out of his way to help me when nobody else could. Highly recommend.

UCCU has been great to work with. I have several accounts and they take good care of my needs.

I had family members had bad experiences with business and regular accounts. I didn't think much of it. But they have horrible service. Hard to get anything done, in person and online. I would say to save your time and go somewhere else.

We worked with Megan on opening a business checking account. Absolutely she was LOVELY. I am more than impressed with her and feel sincerely thankful that we had the pleasure of doing this process with her. Megan was kind, communicative, and seemed to genuinely care about our start up. I bank at this credit union and I have for years. I live in Utah county and they're easy to find no matter where I am. They are always friendly and professional. I recently added a high yield savings account to my regular checking savings they were fast and convenient. Within an hour I was able to look on my app and see the new account linked to my old ones. You can also link other banks and accounts. I have gotten loans from this bank for a car and a personal loan both were very easy.
