Wow! I am impressed. Rarely do you find in this day and age people that truly care about your financial situation. From my first steps into the Alpine credit union I was greeted with a smile. Working with Connie Pond was an absolute pleasure!! She not only answered all my questions but did it without hesitation and was knowledgeable of everything I inquired about. She helped address my concerns and was so pleasant to talk to. I am so impressed with her and her skills I will be asking for her every time I go in. Thank you so much for caring about your customers and going the extra mile.

I needed to do a wire transfer before the end of the business day. Despite some largely self-imposed technological difficulties on my end, Sara went above and beyond in making sure that the transfer could happen before the deadline. She also followed up with me to make sure that everything went smoothly as well as to confirm that the transaction had taken place. She was really professional and also gracefully and tactfully asked a few questions about the wire transfer to ensure that I was not being scammed. As someone with family who has been scammed, I appreciated that. I have been banking with ACU for over 2 decades and would recommend them to anyone where they are located. Thank you Sara!

A few things I found weird about Alpine Credit Union I have only been a member a week and have found a few things inconvenient already. ATM's do not offer deposit, the app offers remote deposit and asks for you to contact them to activate, you need to be a member 6 months for remote deposit to work. Deposited checks today and they put a hold on my deposit for 6 business days. I did speak with them. They are small enough that they can review things in a call by case basis. Thank you for responding.

We have been members of the Alpine Credit Union for longer than nay current employee there. We have always been pleased with the ACU services. All that time we have had a checking account, 2 savings accounts, and a Visa debit card for overdrafts. For many years we have had a Visa credit card. In the past we have had several loans: home second mortgage, a home addition loan, and some auto loans. Never have we had problems with the services (unlike another local credit union we used for a while). The rewards program for the credit card has allowed us to obtain some great items for ourselves plus many Christmas and birthday gifts for family members. all at not cost to us.

I have been a member of the credit union since 1979. Always friendly and willing to always help. Connie Pond and Stacy Privett have taken care of my family for years! They are the best!

Friendly Employees with a new building. Alpine Credit Union has very nice employees who are always so helpful. You really will feel much more like the bank cares about it’s customers. This location struggles to remember to fill out the kids dollar (Safari Buck) and we have to remind them every time we make a deposit in the kids account. The new design has some oddities. The drive up location can be confusing to get to. The sign for it has two different indicators for exits and a small indicator for the drive up. The drive up lanes are very tight and you will feel like you are going to hit the brick posts each time you turn into one of the lanes. I am waiting for the day someone actually hits the posts. Larger SUV’s or trucks will feel more of the tight space than a car. It really feels this aspect was overlooked in the design and the focus was on having the smallest space possible to save money. Because of the posts placement you also will be blocked from seeing on me of the two tellers working. If you want the more direct contact either go to the closest lane to the tellers or go in inside.

They are by far the WORST credit Union. I’ve worked for one, and have still remained loyal to them since my parents have been long time members before HS as well as myself, and I’m more than happy to begin leaving this credit union. They are never helpful, and are always RUDE. They are super uneducated on easy transactions which make it super difficult even getting my money out of their hands. I wish this pain upon no one. I will always recommend taking your business elsewhere. Even hiding you $ under a rock is better than doing business with them.

Two women helped make my day. Connie and Nikki went out of their way to ease my mind concerning a trust today. Their customer service was wonderful and I appreciate it more than words can say. Thank you both!

We love ACU! They have always been incredible with us! From financing our first car to opening up kids checking/saving accounts to replacing lost cards (...several times)- best customer service!! We've been with them for over 10 years, never had any problems. Everyone has always been happy to help with whatever needs we have
