I bank at two different "banks" and I would pick Mountain America over my other any day! I love how the employees are so friendly! They make you feel good and ask questions about your day or plans for the weekend.... They make it more than about their job - it's about the customer.

Great service, but DO NOT USE THE ATM IN THE DRIVE-THROUGH. It ate my wife's credit card last month so we had to get a new one, and then today it counted the wrong amount of money she deposited, and now $80 is just gone and we have to wait 10 days for the bank to run a dispute and check the thing for discrepancies.

After waiting in line behind the "wrong car" and being boxed in on a Saturday afternoon, just prior to closing, the car in fron finally pulled forward about 5 minutes after closing time. I desperately needed a document and a check printed for my business. The teller nicely answered my desperate "please help, I have been waiting" and graciously helped take the time to take care of all my needs. It may sound small, but many other banks are not so friendly. I am new with MACU and have been impressed with their customer service to this point.

I love MACU, but this branch specifically is bad. Takes forever to do anything. Plenty of tellers there but only like 1 working the last few times I’ve come in. Christian is great though. Im just going to drive further to another branch. Disappointing.

As a new customer I felt very well taken care of by Becky. As a disabled individual I am grateful for how she listened to me and took care of my needs. I am forever grateful and I am looking forward to a long association with my neighborhood financial institution.

Cristian Moya is the BEST! He got me a way better interest rate on my car loan then I had at a different credit union and took care of other things for me! I highly recommend MACU !

I love Mountain America credit Union. I also have an America First Credit Union. Mountain America is way better. So simple to do deposits at the bank and online. MACU is ahead of the curve with tech. My only issue is that I can’t upload money to Robinhood to manage my investments.

I have most of my financial accounts here so I prefer to come here to get documents notarized, I’ve had 9 documents notarized at this location and 5 of those times I had to wait over 45 minutes! I now drive further to a different location and they have me in and out in 5 minutes because the process is so easy. Not sure if they are understaffed or just nobody is in a rush to help people.

The man that helped me in the drive thru today was so amazing and personal. I know it's probably harder to build a connection over those little screens, but he's was so kind and genuine - making conversation with me about my new tattoo I told him about. This is the kind of outstanding person that reminds me why I love MACU. As cheesey as it sounds, It doesn't just feel like "going to the bank," it feels like going to a friend's. 11/10 would recommend this place to anyone!

I have been banking with mountain America for about 6 years now and have always enjoyed their service. I was helped by Logan and learned more about credit cards they offer. I was disappointed with the length of the line in the building, there were probably 10 people in front of me and only two people at the out window. I recommend going through drive through if possible as usually there is nobody in line in the drive through.
