April was absolutely so kind, professional and made the process seamless. Everything was explained to me, the upload of documents were simple. She was by far the best customer service representative that I have encountered in a long time. I used this company to assist a family member and would recommend this loan center and make it your first choice and only choice. Their name sums it up. 1st Choice. I have heard that some companies like you to feel poorly because you need the assist for one reason or another. Don't ever experience this. Use 1st Choice Money Center EVERY time. You won't be sorry.
