MELISSA Did an outstanding job, we had a hard time having the card accepted and I called on the spot my bank and there was nothing wrong with the card, she reset the VeriFone machine and finally were able to send that transaction. Outstanding Service, very attentive to detail, an answer your excellent job!!!

Needed money right away and they helped us out. And was made to feel to be an important customer.

Check city is one of the best companies I have gotten a loan from. Not only do they cash my check when I need to, they're very polite and courteous. They have suckers almost every time I come in there, but they hide them from you. I just wish they didn't have to ID you to get a netspend card thats very odd to me...

After multiple personal visits years ago to Check City regarding fraudulent use of my identity to cash a check at their store in the amount $1,084.05, I received yet another "settlement offer" for the same amount. Followup emails to corporate with details of the fraud did not help, despite assurances otherwise.

The workers are nice and they get you in and out.. don't borrow unless you really need to their rates will have you paying back 2 times plus from what you borrowed..

Absolutely love this place, the people that work there are friendly and professional and will get you what you need done, accomplished.

Went got a loan here at check city and was approved instantly and the worker was very nice and helpful and even i was fallen behind on payments and they work with me and Dana was super helpful and I will let my friends and family knows and interest rate is better than most loan places in my opinion 😀

Ive been using Check City for years for many services. Cashing checks reloading my netspend card a title loan. What ever the service is that im using, the staff is top notch! I would recomend them any day! And Brandon the manager at i beleive provo and orem is a fantastic person. I know him only from Check city but has become a true friend ! Keep up the good work you all rock !🤘

I cashed a check that was voided (I had no idea it was voided) and so a couple days later they called me telling them that I owe them the money back (understandable) but that I also owe them a $20 service fee because I cashed a voided check! Im.more than happy to return the amount given to me by check city, but there is no way in hell I am paying a service fee for something I had no control over. I recommend you go anywhere but check city for any services.
