The people that work here are nice, but sadly need a bit more of training when it comes to ask for personal information. You should NOT ask someone to say out loud their SSN# it was the weirdest thing ever. Give the person the form, and ask the person to write down their own info. Honestly, it felt so uncomfortable. And the same thing when saying if someone was approved or not. They make the whole situation so embarrassing because everyone around can hear. One word: TERRIBLE

I deposited my first Western Union check here, because i didn't know another place i could take these checks to. The amount was - $900.00 What I received - $839.23 The fee to cash this check is outrageously grotesque, I will not be using their services again.

Everyone gets into an emergency money problem every once in a while. The employees at the Provo location have been helpful and kind. My wife and I have come back again and again when these problems occur because the customer service has consistently been great.

I love Check city they are so good to my wife Corinne Christensen and she has loved being there for over 10 years we go into the Provo office and they are always so nice and warm welcoming there

I personally visited Check City two years ago and emailed corporate to resolve a $1k fraudulent check. Management assured me that the issue was resolved. Today's mail presents otherwise. Stuck in an electronic quagmire of Check City's admin.

Loyal customer of the Provo location since 2010, very professional, responsive when contacted, and always a friendly smile from each employee from the moment you walk in. If they cannot help you, they are efficient in letting you know and at times even pointing you in the right direction, very satisfied with the Tax services provided, and I`ll keep coming back each year! I was headed out of town on a trip. I need some extra cash "just in case". Friendly staff in Provo helped me feel at ease with approval from Check City. I filled out paperwork (current info, employment, and refers.). With in minutes I was out the door with cash in hand. Thanks Provo Check City & Thanks to Jessica for explaining everything.
