Cash In Minutes Freedom Blvd, Provo

I had nothing but bad experience with cash in min Provo. The owner of the company is extremely rude and Very unprofessional I would not recommend this place to ANY of my friends or family. Every single time the owner calls it’s always a fight with her and always demanding the money right there and then. Very inconvenient that they don’t have online payments you always have to go in to make cash payments. Which makes it very difficult when you’re out of town Or have small children. The only reason why I gave this place a 1 star it’s because there’s a guy that works there that is extremely nice. He talks to me with respect like a normal human should be talked to unlike the owner. Don’t ever come to this place!!!

I just want to thank Cash in Minutes for always giving me such great service on my loans. I always appreciate the fast and friendly staff and they make it easy to borrow some extra money for unexpected expenses or extra $$$ during the Holidays.

Please do not go here if you want a loan! The manager from the provo office is so rude! And the girls that work there for her are the most ignorant and rudest people. They are always in a bad mood and treat people so poorly. Maybe they are not being paid enough? Don’t be treated poorly by these people. Go anywhere else but here! They will harass you about making your payments and threaten you over the phone if you don’t pay on time. They will even find you on Facebook and message you through there. Not to mention they don’t even give you cash. They have to give you a check and then you go the bank and pay to cash it. Maybe it should be named check in hours not cash in minutes!!

This place is worst place to get to a loan . The girls that work there and especially the manager are so rude and very unprofessional and very bit__y.. I give this place minus zero if i could.

WORST Customers service ever! ! They treat you badly. When they answer the phone they answer it in a bad mood. The reviews from the owner expressing how wonderful the company is,tells you all about the company. She's a terrible lier, thank god I pay them quickly. People if you want a place that treats you like human being, with respect don't go here.

Love the service here, they are super easy to work with and very efficient. I appreciate all they have done for me to help me through my financial situations and take a bit of stress of my shoulders ! Thank you so much guys !
