I love Alma Noll (Senior Loan Consultant). Not trying to flirt, but, she has a wonderful, calming voice, which is a godsend when dealing with something as stressful as refinancing. I was able to telephone her at night, during non-business hours, to ask questions about the refinancing process. And, she always answered the phone. She was meticulous about my needs and sent me regular text messages to inform me of the status of my loan. She was the most professional person with whom I interacted during this entire process.
