Stacy William's and his team at Guild Mortgage were awesome from start to finish. I was a first time homebuyer and was unsure of the process and didnt know how to proceed. I was referenced to a realtor named Luis Vidal, great guy. He got the ball rolling by introducing me to Stacy and his team. They got me pre-qualified and pre-approved in no time. The whole process took less than 60 days to start moving into a home. His team worked diligently and walked me through step by step. The level of professionalism exceeded my expectations. Stacy and his team make the home buying and refinancing process convenient & stress free. Used them for both processes and wouldn’t have done it any other way. Guild Mortage and and the Stacy Williams team move mountains! After dealing with a big bank lender for over 40 days and submitting an endless amount of paperwork, the lender thanked me by informing me they needed more information yet again and I was going to likely miss my close. My realtor (Randy Dix) referred me to his "best in the business" contact, Stacy Williams, with only 10 days before my close date. Stacy and his team took all my information in a single day and rarely asked for additional paperwork. They pre-wrote explanation letters for me, explained how things were likely going to happen and completed my loan in less than 10 days. The Escrow company personally told me it was one of the fastest start to close they have seen. They really came through and I am truly grateful for everything they did. My family and I would have been in hotels starting all over if it were not for the Williams Team!!
