The Amber Kovarik Team with Guild Mortgage are absolutely an amazing group of professionals, especially Kara Kelsen, she is my “go-to” for all things Buyer related- I have worked with her both personally and professionally, and I can’t say enough good things, she is insanely prompt and thorough and truly puts forth so much effort and care with every client that she helps! As a real estate professional my job is helping to serve my clients to the absolute best of my ability and help walk them all the way through the transaction until we reach the very end with a success closing of their new dream home. We wanted a relatively small mortgage on a house we were buying in Phoenix AZ. When we applied at the Bank we had been dealing with for two decades it seemed to become entirely entangled in its own processes, account management snafus and communication failures. Amber Kovarik guided us through the application process, managed the electronic document completion and arranged the mortgage in record time, with a very reasonable APR and closing cost. She was always there to answer our questions, kept us in the loop through the entire process and got us to our closing date on time. Amber was very helpful and honest. I have worked with a big bank on my first mortgage and an online loan refinance company. Both we absolute headaches. Amber was up front, quick to respond and actually knew my application intimately. I am so thankful I didn't have to send the same files over and over. She was thorough and great to work with. Guild rates are competitive with bigger lenders but I was willing to go with Guild for just a tiny bit of a higher rate to have the security knowing they wouldn't immediately sell my loan and I'd be with them through the loans life.
