The people are nice enough but the ATM is almost always out of service. For days at a time. It is the only ATM within 100 miles that I can deposit money at. I now have a late fee on my rent because the ATM has been out all weekend. Probably 6th or 7th time in the last few months where I have driven 20 minutes here and it is out of service.

Great bank that is customer friendly and is there to help with all your questions and concerns with banking and financial information.

I absolutely love this bank but when their only ATM in the OKC area decided to go down last night (I work seven days a week and go in before the bank opens and get off well after they have closed) my only other option was to drive to Lawton. I’m always down for a road trip but not to simply just deposit some cash because I have no other option. So, I’m curious as to why there is only one NFCU in OKC and its surrounding areas. After calling to make sure I wasn’t missing another location closer to me the super friendly woman at Navy Federal informed me that Lawton would be my next closest alternative. Lawton, really? Just for those that are unfamiliar with Oklahoma, Lawton is located south of Oklahoma City and would have been an hour and a half drive or 84 miles from where I was currently sitting at their Midwest City location. Oklahoma City and it’s surrounding cities aren’t huge, I get it. But I still don’t think any banking institution could consider one ATM and one walk-in storefront in a pretty good sized city as sufficient. Even another ATM that has the ability to process deposits would be a dream come true. ETA: NFCU did add a new ATM that accepts cash deposits in Goldsby, OK. Still not super close at all but at least the ATM has been operational every time I’ve tried to use it, unlike the ATM located at the actual NFCU branch. It’s ALWAYS broken.

Really great people that work here, super friendly and professional. However, I have to give a poor rating for the current customer waiting issue. 10 people in line outside, 95 degrees, really unsafe. But even worse, several elderly customers, including a man with a cane. Plus, the ATM was broken. There has be a safe and suitable solution for the customers.

Sucks that I have to drive all the way from Mustang to Midwest city to deposit a check if I can't do it on line. I think it's just over 30 miles. Needed IT to help resolve the issue of the app saying my phone has no camera, but the hold time given at the toll free number was 40 minutes. It was faster just to drive here, though it ate up almost $4 in gas. The employees in the branch and on the phone are always fantastic. I've never received less than stellar customer service.

I went through this bank for an auto loan pre-approval and was instructed that at the max of the loan it had a large APR but that was due to the amount and once the final amount was determined the APR can then be adjusted to correlate the change in assumed risk of the loan. This did not happen and now I am stuck in a loan with an outrageous APR with no way out due to false pretenses. I will never recommend this bank to anyone. My friends and coworkers have had much better experiences using Arvest or Fort Sill Federal Credit Union.

I love Navy Federal and the customer service is great. However, this branch only has one ATM and it’s always broken. Long lines at ATM and inside so set aside an hour if you need to go here! There’s really no point to this branch when I have to drive down the street and pay $3.50 at another ATM to get cash… very frustrating. The people who work here are very friendly so this is not a poor review of them. Whoever is in charge of the ATM please fix it.

Thank you Navy Federal for faithfully charging serves men and women outrageous return check fee. That’s exactly what we need, $29 charge for returning a check.

TOP RATED CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS!!! This banking institution really knows how to handle not only banking business but CUSTOMERS! They are always knowledgeable and willing to help anyone that walks in for ANY banking need and never judge or discriminate. I live in Moore and don't ever mind the drive to their only 1 location while bypassing many others along the way, nor the wait in line once inside. I have never had one issue with trusting this financial institution with my money and that is a HUGE concern now days. Thank you NFCU for being top notch and on point!
