The salesman I was referred to was Dre. When I say this is the fastest, quickest, simplest process I have ever had buying a car. He's real and transparent. Very helpful. Got me into something i really do like. Very straight forward with everything. Definitely going to refer everyone I know looking for a vehicle to him! Good customer service is hard to find .

Bought a car from here, last Saturday. Drove from 39th expressway to Newcastle and got a “need service now, coolant low” notification. Salesman said call warranty department. Warranty department says “drop off only, no courtesy cars, don’t know when we will have any, don’t know when your car will be ready”. Salesman isn’t available, manager says “in his defense he’s been here two weeks” “hate to tell you, but after we sell the car, there isn’t anything we can do to help you”. No offer to try to help, just figure it out on your own. I’m paying for a vehicle I can’t drive and who knows when they will get to it once I can figure out how to get back and forth to work without a vehicle. “sorry, we don’t actually care, call someone else” Is the response I just got from the MANAGER. Just wow.

Billy was the BEST car salesman ever. This is most pleasant experience I’ve had by far when purchasing a car. He definitely has a life long customer out of me.

They wouldn't let me leave until I finally got a vehicle from them, from the very first day I brought this vehicle I have had nothing but problems with it, I learned today that all my problems are from the transmission and fuel pump going out. So I've been paying $500 a month for nine months and all this time I've been riding in a vehicle with a bad transmission and fuel pump worst car lot ever

My attention was drawn to a pre-owned Ford Focus that Express Credit Auto had posted online. My initial inquiry was promptly responded to by Mike he sent me pictures of the Focus before arriving. Three days later, when I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Mike, who presented my potential purchase and left me with it to inspect and drive on my own, I will say that the Ford Focus I was buying was actually better in person than I expected, Unfortunately I wasn’t able to purchase the vehicle. Mike my sales representative was well spoken and knew each detail i asked about; from trim levels to the engine. I noted the support and respect he provided to me. Do not waste your time nor money on this excuse for a company. In November of 2021 my boyfriend and I had purchased a car from the I-240 location. Despite the appalling interest rate of 20% everything was perfectly fine, including the customer service. Earlier this month (01/22) I refinanced my car for a better interest rate. Express Credit Auto had been completely payed off by my bank. On Friday as I was getting off of work my car would not start. They had activated the kill switch on the VLM system in my car. I was aware that the V system needs to be removed upon pay off; however there is no time limit listed to do so. I also work M-F 9-5 so getting to the warranty depart is incredibly difficult. No where in the terms and conditions signed does it state they may activate the kill switch after the car has been payed off. I had to tow my car home that night, which came to a $175 tow bill. They refused to pay the tow bill because of the "terms and conditions" ;however, the terms and conditions only states that "they are not responsible for a tow bill in conjunction with a warranty repair". This is not a warranty repair issue but a very clear mistake on their part. This issue needs to be resolved.
