Let’s talk about that “new home branch “ rollout. No communication with customers. Requires a whole new enrollment but doesn’t actually put that information on the old app/new app/login screen for website. Hi continued trying to login without any understanding of why I couldn’t and then locked myself away from my money until Monday. Where I’ve been seeing a horrible reports of 5+ hour waits on the phone. I work Monday through Friday during the exact hours they are open, did they extend the hours to help with the issue they created? No. Have they given any one any kind of idea of when they’re actually going to be finished with the new app? No. But they disabled the old app without warning last Friday so you have no other choice. Whoever mastermind this roll out needs to be fired and possibly criminally charged. The fact that we have no recourse to hold you accountable for us not being able to manage our money properly makes me violently angry. The fact that you have a large percentage of elderly customers who cannot navigate this makes me even more irate. quit building brick and mortar and put more money into your infrastructure on the Internet. Because right now you are 10 years behind every competitor and that fact is now affecting our ability to handle our money appropriately. I would suggest going to any other credit union in Oklahoma and avoiding this one at all cost.

Your new website layout and design are complete trash, please make it where I can make payments and stop trying to charge me $8 when I call to make a payment because your website does not work. I pay too much money to you for this platform to be poorly done.

All Tinker FEDERAL CREDIT UNIONs And their locations are great service. Inside and drive through a they can Not help it if it is crowded there is More than one drive through lines and they all have to be worked AND They do a good job.

Great location. Do all my loans thru TFCU now. The drive thru can be a wait sometimes but its usually the customers fault for not going in with things that are going to take awhile. Same thing happens at every bank. I just wish people would pay attention to the car/truck lanes. You have people in micro cars having to open their doors to reach the tube because they are in the truck lane when the car lane is open. Then I have to wait on them to get done unless I want to reach down in my truck. I haven't had any bad experiences with any employees at this location.

Try to open account and the representatives there are by far the rudest people I have ever met.I tried to explain to one of the woman at the front desk why I was there and she cuts me off and says you are opening a account I said Yes but there other stuff I need to set up.She cuts me off again and says just sit over there.Another woman comes over to me I try to explain to her why I'm there she cuts me off and says just go over to that office.When I'm explaining to her I need to open account and start a Roa account she say I only qualify for a student account which it had to pay $15 for it.Im 33 I feel like I really wouldn't qualify for a student account and then she runs my credit after she runs my credit she repeats many times are you sure you want to open account by the 10th time I just left and said no.

I have been a member of this bank since 2016. They have treated me with respect and always helped when I needed it.

Don’t waste your time at this location go to another. They’re unprofessional, rude and don’t answer the drive thru calls.

I waited for an hour in line at the drive thru. The bank teller did not give me my money order. I called & they said I would need to go back thru the line!!! 🤬🤬

Great place, best customer service, will stay with TFCU forever.
