I loathe shopping for a car, but Chris, Lucas, and Mike made my experience smooth, simple, and painless. Being self employed can cause difficulties when trying to get approved for a car, but they worked with my unique credit situation, and I got the car I wanted. Got a great interest rate too! Would definitely recommend giving them a visit.

Lucas was amazing! He guaranteed us he would get us in a car we love and he did! I would suggest joe cooper if you ever want to get into a hassle free, willing to work with any type of credit!

Jamie was a great help on getting me a vehicle at night time. A vehicle that I had to bring in the very next day to the shop because the check engine light came on with three different codes. Then couple days later after them fixing it drive it and it the gas rearup but car wouldn't move. Also noticed the cracked windshield that i didn't see that night. Next get on highway and notcie my hood shaking go to close it and see all kind of damage on the hood. Was bringing the car in on Tuesday so decided to talk to Manger when I came in on Tuesday about it and from the way I took it he try to put it off on me because I had the car for a week now. But here is a photo I took the very next day of getting the car and still didn't notice until I pulled the photo up close.

I have had some difficulties in my life, and they took advantage. In my opinion, they are predators, they prey on people with bad credit I paid six thousand over the highest blue book for the vehicle, plus a high interest rate . I was supposed to be able to pay Friday before six. Friday at noon, they disabled it. Even though I texted them and said I'd be there by 4:30. They are not good people, don't make the mistake I did, go to anyone but them!!!!!!

New buyers, just get a bank loan. I was in my last month of Highschool and had about two months worth of credit built up and no family to help educate me on how to get your money's worth on a car. I am paying nearly $16,000 on a 2012 Honda Civic that had 100,000 miles on it, even after putting a $2500 down payment to get the lowest interest. My payments are twice a month and it was probably one of my worst decisions because it is a $6,700 car at best, plus there's no service documents (I understand most cars don't) so when it comes time for a transmission flush I am S.O.L. If you can just get a bank loan and buy a car that way, it's not worth spending that extra money when you could buy the same car for less.

Got me approved fast and got me in a 2012 Volkswagen Passat with only 83k miles….. definitely recommend Joe Cooper!!

So I have been dealing with Chris Hard for over a week. I have gotten so many different stories. I told him from the get go I only had $500 down. I asked if they had anything in that price range with that down. He said I won't know until you come in. I asked if the down could be split in 2 payments. He said yes. Then 2 hours later and Chris said no. But still to come in. I said I not if you can't help with the down payment timing. Fast forward to today....he said yes they would take the $500 down, my payment would be 440 a month on a small car. So I look at their inventory sent him a car I really want. He came back with we don't have any vehicles for $500 down. We only have vehicles for $1000 down. I'm so over trying to deal here. I say run and don't go in. The story will change.

Worst place ever bought suv broke down while in warranty period they put a bandaid fix to get out of warranty period broke down a month and half later couldn’t afford a new transmission and payment went back garnished paychecks…. A friend bought one paying on over a year and got vehicle shut off over 60$ wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!!!

My experience with them is good so far. The vehicle that I have financed through them hasn’t had any issues and is running strong (knock on wood) but my advice is to not miss a payment because they will deactivate your vehicle. But they did help me out during hard times and has never once been rude.

Only 4 stars because of the mark up.LUCUS had great professionalism. He was able to get me into a vehicle. However, with me putting down 2000.00 plus trading my 2014 charger. Only to be over charged 7 grand more than what the vehicle I got is worth .with the year and milage on it. Makes me feel like I'd been better off not trading my car in the first place. But that is not the salesman fault. For the mark up on the vehicle. Lucus was not pushy with the sale. I simply needed a vehicle with more room. And better gas mileage.

Do not come here I have been lied to since the beginning. Had to go back to resign my paperwork because supposedly their system wasn't work correctly. I was very understanding about that. Then I had a very rough time getting my title. I am down with Covid and I am unable to send them my paystub since I am not at work and do not have access to that while at home. Tried to tell them that, and Renee and her supervisor Kevin Barnes was not understanding at all. I guess they think because you are at home you should have access to that which is not the case. Kevin was a very hateful person and rude about my situation. Do not buy a car here they will screw you

This place is awful. For two months they have had me pay them for “car insurance” that was actually only collateral. So now I’m being fined for driving without insurance. The payments are outrageous and they give you ZERO grace period to pay your car payment. I was a day late once and they turned my car off and made me late for work. Do yourself a favor and save up a larger down payment so you can go to a better dealership. The only reason they’re rated so high is because they hound you into giving them a good rating. I received about ten texts reminding me to give them a five star rating the day I bought my car. Thank God I only have a year and a half left to do deal with them. There is nothing easy about this place.

Sold me a car with bed bugs in it and then cut my car off before first payment is even due then sales me CHRIS HARD let me drive off with the car without whole down payment when I said I didn't want to drive off in the car with out them having the down payment in full and now I'm being messaged about being repoed and I can't even drive the car because it is disabled over a down payment that I can add into my first payment only place I can get a car from and I'm being treated like a person that doesn't pay there bills when i pay all of my bills ahead and on time

If you need to rebuild your credit, this is the place! They treat you much better than your credit score reflects. The waiting area is very clean, and the restrooms. See Lucas or Dennis and they will treat you fair.

I recommend you ask for Devon if you're looking for a good quality car especially if you're in a tight spot, because he's great salesman and pretty straight forward. Usually salesmen are known snakes and like to hide things but honestly I didn't get that impression. Sales manager is also great. Overall good experience 5/5

Chris Hard was excellent and helped me get into the car I really wanted. Him and the finance team went above and beyond working with me. Being recently divorced and not having the best credit or situation…. They were very honest and understanding! I recommend them 100%!!

Lucas was able to get me into a 2011 GMC Terrain in less than three hours which was great not having to spend all day at a dealership. The company uses your job, a piece of mail and your driver's license as "credit". They still run a credit check to make sure there's nothing too "big" on your report. The interest rates are based on how much you put down. I liked that you're able to pay half of your down payment and then defer the other half up to 2 weeks. Also, the cars do come with a powertrain warranty that is good for 3 months or 3,000 miles.The loans are only for 4 years rather than the standard 5-7 years. Payments are bi-weekly and based on what type of vehicle is financed.
