0 stars!!! There costumer service is the worst I have ever seen, they continuously take money from my account without permission, and they are never give you the right information. I have had at least 3000 taken from me and they continue to take I can’t shut down the account because I have a loan with then I have payed it since October of 2021 and only payed down 1000 dollars. They dropped my credit score 162 points and won’t even fix it even though it’s there mistake I absolutely hate this bank just go to navy federal credit union they are better.

TFCU should be great, but unfortunately it is not. The senior leadership must be complacent since they do not act competitively in relation to their competition: Tulsa Teachers Credit Union is a full percent lower on its best credit card interest rate! USAA is also lower on its credit card interest rate. Another example: shutting down in person services awhile back for COVID - while other Oklahoma-based banks remained open as did most school systems and all grocery stores. Weak. TFCU needs to up its game a good deal. The leadership needs to wake up and compete vigorously with the competition or be gone.

Look they are a bank. They hold your money. As far as that is concerned they do an okay job. This week however they didn’t do wonderful. They debited a hand written check twice and left me negative. I had to call in and due to appointment only lobbies, I had to wait 10 mins the first which dropped, 7 mins the second call and was told I had to wait till today for it to be corrected. Well they corrected the extra charge but not the overdraft fee so I had to again call in and wait on hold. You might not think my time is worth anything but I do. The people I had to wait to speak to are paid but I am not. To have your bank cause and issue, then only half correct the issue means I have to work for my account to be correct and that is not what I consider a good bank doing their job correctly.

Had several loans through TFCU, been with them for a decade, and they closed my savings account due to inactivity. I didn't get a single phone call or email. They cant reopen it or refund the money I had in the account. Would not recommend

Waited 30 mins in line, then another 10 mins after I sent my checks to the teller. After 40 minutes, I asked to give me back my checks and left. The customer service at this location lately has gone down hill.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. My spouse and I have had so many problems with this incompetent bank. All we wanted was to get and keep our car loan going with no issues, but we had issues from the get go. At the beginning they said we had a laps in coverage, we fixed it, they stole $700 from us and did not give it back in our account, they only put it in the car loan, but even then they didn't put it in the car loan. Also, on that same note they did no care one bit that we had other bills to pay and that we didn't have any food for us. Now they are doing the same thing except they didn't steal from us because our account was already in the negative because of them, and they can't take money out if we were in the negative.....that makes no sense even though they do it multiple times through out our term, from unauthorized fees to "authorized" fees. Oh and here is the juicy part, the manager and her associate they were completely, COMPLETELY rude to us, yes granted we were rightfully upset, my spouse never got up, never was screaming or yelling, again rightfully upset, but they completely crossed the line from being professional to acting like children arguing with other children on who's right and who's wrong, moving all around like they were making themselves bigger and provoking him to get up and try something after getting the officer to escort us. I highly recommend staying away from this bank and read the 3 to 1 star reviews.

When you go in person you get good service. When you call be ready to be on hold forever! Also my mom had to go to the hospital for an extended time, so we set up autopay on her TFCU credit card account multiple times following their instructions. So, while she was still in between a nursing home, hospital and having surgery (she's a paraplegic) they refused to set up autopay and eventually turned her over to a collection agency. TFCU used to be a good place to bank, unfortunately that has changed. BTW yes, There was money in her account.

They closed the lobby because of COVID, so it’s drive through only. That’s fine. But then we waited in line for over 30 mins with a big sum of money and never got helped. Pretty sure the lady in a minivan in the line next to us drove off as well without getting helped. Ridiculous service. Contemplating changing banks

Banked here since I was 5 years old. I have had nothing but positive interactions at this location.

Just wanted to get some change, 1’s, 5’s and quarters. They refused “said she was unable to get me change even though I have an account “. I’ve been to several other TFCUs and had never had an issue before. I will never go back to this location
