First time going to the store and I was amazed to see the gorgeous jewelry they have. Both modern and unique vintage pieces. Tim the manager helped me. What a friendly staff with great attitudes. Their prices are reasonable and they do repairs as well. Great find!

My husband and I went to many Pawn shops looking for the perfect piece for me. Once I stepped into the National Pawn & Jewelry I knew I was going to find it here! Gilbert was amazing to work with. I didn't know what I wanted but he helped me figure it out. I chose an 18kyg Ruby and Diamond ring. I work in jewelry so I always pay attention to detail and customer service. Gilbert was my salesman. He sold me a beautiful chain, and his service was great. From picking out the chain to cleaning it. He has worked there for a very long time as I purchased from him back in 2007. Very knowledgeable. Clean and safe atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!

I purchased a gorgeous ring online...so I was a little nervous that the photos and actual ring wouldn’t be the same...but not only was it what was described but it was even better in person! And the ring was a much smaller size originally than I needed and they re-sized it before sending it to me, PJ was extremely helpful in that process and I am so happy with her work on the sizing!!! I absolutely would recommend them!!!!!
