This was my first time coming to Advance America. The Customer Service was outstanding!!! Guyvie did an excellent job taking the time to explain the loan process to me and educating me on how the interest rates work. I was a little embarrassed about having to get a loan. But Guyvie treated me with high respect as if I was somebody important. I left advance america happy bring approved with a loan amount higher than I asked. And I left with a clear understanding of my obligation when to pay it back with interest rates. I definitely recommended advance america to others especially this branch. Guyvie is amazing!!
