I just happened to walk into the value pawn store just to kill time and met Saf he went above and beyond to go out of his way to help me find what I was inquiring about he was so attentive and really listened to me he totally made me feel that he wanted me to find something I would be 100% happy with not just trying to make a sell and then once we found the items I chose he again went out of his way walking me through the process of financing and then to top it off he cleaned it like it was brand new and gave me a pretty box all with a amazing attitude.

I bought a gold necklace and it was fake I try to get my money back and they didn’t want to take the necklace back so they rob me 2000 dollars the manager try to convince me it was original but I took it to more than 5 jewelry stores and they all said it was fake the necklace was pulling a lot from the magnet the same magnet the same magnet the have in the store with a sign that said if it pull it’s not gold this is ridiculous don’t buy from this place they are not honest people they rob my money I’m going to get the authority involved now but again be carefully to go there or if u want my advice go somewhere else

I had a great experience I walked in there after a hair cut and got a laptop for my girl to use for school. Got it for a deal I couldn’t leave such a deal also got it with a bag and charger they were nice and cool to bless me with a bag for her. They showed support 2022 February it’s lit black history month
