My cousin always come to this location and i decided to come with him on one specific occasion, he always has issues because he doesn’t speak very good english. Donique was very very helpful and patient with him, she was pleasant, understanding and professional. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to this location. He mentioned she just finished training as well so I’m undoubtedly IMPRESSED with her performance. Good job

If you guys every need a money order cashed, go here! I went to several stores to find someone to cash a money order and no one would until I stumbled upon this location. The front desk clerk named Miss Jo was fantastic and a very attentive worker. She explained the process considering this was my first time at this store, told me about the services they offer, and the reason no one would cash it. I wouldn't normally leave reviews on cash stores but Miss Jo deserved it because I can tell she is a great worker. Keep her forever!

I went there to cash my check an reopen my card , and Tia as extra friendly and helpful , she made sure I was ready to go with my new employment and her smile made my day !!! Crystal was extremely helpful and patient with me while we worked on getting my loan processed. the gentleman , I didn’t get his name was also extremely helpful when talking to him on the phone and explaining to me the requirements for the loan definitely. Customer quality at its finest.

This is an excellent store, all the ladies are the reason why I keep coming back. Marissa is always so sweet and takes her time with me. Jo is also very sweet and bubbly and always greets me by name. I highly recommend this location!

How was today she helped me open a business that I didn't know they do. She talk about the benefits on why I should one. Great as a convenience with stores opening later than the banks. I will definitely be back with one of those business checks.

Jo, is a very caring and loving person whom I've had the pleasure of meeting about 2 years ago! She's very helpful and I love talking with her because she's such an inspiration to me! She's a great asset to the company.

I’ve been here before with other people working and the service was good. But for some reason the vibe was completely off. I came to cash my money order but eventually not doing it due to their fees. First this location needs more employees especially with a pandemic going on people become very impatient and irritable waiting for assistance. The woman helping me was trying to help other people while helping me. How is this time efficient in any way? I was really annoyed with that until another employee came. There was still a shortage of people there for the volume of customers. On top of that the woman had a really bad attitude. Not only towards me but towards others needing help. She lacked of customer service skills and definitely needs to be retrained. She asked me why I was trying to cash the money order the same day I received it. It was a weird personal question and she asked me that as if I shouldn’t be cashing it the same day. It made me kinda uncomfortable but I explained I was moving out and needed the money in my hands ASAP. I wouldn’t come to this store anymore due to the lack of care she had for the customers. It’s like she didn’t even care about anyone and was doing her job just to do it. Really disappointed.
