Info right on,cause I've been dealing with these types for a minute now.Moochers know their prey before we ever see it coming,and I am at the point where I can see them more clearly now.Luckily I got off facebook awhile ago,before they stuck a fork in me.All these so called friends are alot of sad sacks who are looking for sympathy,a ear or a 4am ride due to getting stuck somewhere they should have never trotted to.While it takes practice,best to travel lite in life or end up old,broke and miserable

I found the information here to be more common sense than most other bits I have found elsewhere. Now, if I could just find a spot that didn't blow smoke up my skirt about how to land those gigs. Most of the ones I have found are being written by people who are already "there" and have lost touch with the reality of the climb.

just got a call out of the blue saying i am receiving 8,000, how do i want to receive it? direct deposit, western union, or on my card. got all the info called local authorities, they said it was a scam. dont give any information or any money. It was a local #

I really want to get help i received no notice from I. R. S. that they where putting a lien on my Savings Account until i checked my online text notice that they where doing it i received no notice in the mail but i was making payments and what i could when i could without taking what little i had put in my savings and i know you can't fight the government i would like to see how much i owe in federal and state i really can't afford for this to happen again because i only draw Social Security and I'm on a fixed income but i guess the government doesn't care about that so please just leave me a message and i will call you here is my email address bonniehopemasters@gmail i really don't want to put my phone number on here because because of 3rd party phone calls. I am one of those students that earned a degree to advance in to a new profession. After several interviews and all questioning my experience it lead me no where. Thank goodness I am a public servant and in the PLSF But this $120,000 loan wont allow me to qualify for a decent home purchase since lenders hold 1% of it against me. making my debt ratio higher.

I just got my Renters Insurance Policy 07-03-19. I should have done it years ago. I had Insurance through my Apartment Complex. After reviewing it they were covered, me and all of my property wasn't Not! I feel everyone should at least look into Renters Insurance. It is a Great Investment.

I think this great advice . Remember everyone loves thier kids no matter how screwed up they are and marrying someone with older adults kids you still never come first theres an ingrained guilt and still wanting to compensate and they know how to lie and pull strings
