CHECK CASHING & LOANS Lauderhill

They are over charging people to cash payroll checks, signs says 2% on computerized checks payroll wise, but charge me $50 to cash a check for $1000. Then they hit you with the excuse , no taxes are taken out but I still have to pay taxes on that money. Not one sign says if no taxes taken out it more money. I’m complaining to BBB because this is highway robbery

I take care of all my monetary needs here because the people who work here are friendly and they get in need and out quickly. Shanae is the person to go to. She always greets me with a smile and is very knowledgeable about her work!

One of the nastiest customers service I have ever experienced. On 1/3/2019, I walked into the door at 6:45 pm to send money via western union. The female clerk who was there seems to be arguing with her male counterparts. When she saw me, she immediately used her hand to fan me away telling me to go let “him help me”. I walked over to the male asking what was going on, can he assist? He immediately got an attitude saying that western union was closed. I asked him why because the sign says open and I had an emergency. Rude disrespectful male said “we close our machines before 7pm so that’s that”. I would never suggest going into this ghetto patty shop of a location, that has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. As a matter of fact these two nasty spirited individuals need to go work online or from home. They have no business working face to face with anyone. I wish they both get fired!

My experience at this specific check cashing and loans is very amazing EVERY time I come. I never have any problems with them and there customer service is always the best , I really would recommend you guys to make this your first and last stop!

The manager Marsha was completely unprofessional with the way she talk to people! I’ve been helped there twice and both times I regret it. She doesn’t have the sense god gave a goat. Not only was she rude in her tone of voice but when I went over to the next lady with the glasses she had a disgusting attitude as well. This is an embarrassing representation and a joke to our black community!

My very first time here I had a bad experience, yet it had nothing to do with the employees. I came to cash a check, it needed to be verified because of the amount. The Association was closed and they were unable to contact them. So the check couldn’t be cashed that night. I came back the very next day and it was taken care of!!! The Customer Service is really good and the place is clean.

These people will take your money without you even realizing it. When you go cash a check or money order they will charge you for the fee and make you purchase a Netspend card without even asking or telling you until it’s already registered, I don’t care for for no netspend nor I ever said I needed one...Next thing you know you come out of there being charged triple the amount of what you expected to pay just to cash something. I ended up paying 30$ for a check amount that was 5$. Cause they try to be slick. I will never go there again. Then they ask you to give them a good review. Scammers
