Love coming to this store because they always treat me great. Anthony was really helpful when helping me out with my loan. Prices are reasonable compared to some other pawnshops in the area and I will be returning! Richard has always treated me great as a returning customer and that why I love coming to money mart.

Amazing customer service!!! 10/10 recommend! First time at this shop and soon as I walked into the shop I was excitedly greeted by staff, i felt very welcomed here.. Anthony was amazing! Greeted me with a huge smile and proceeded to ask how my day was going and how he could help. I went in just to look what the shop had but Anthony convinced me into buying some James Avery jewelry that he got me a great deal on! Way to go anthony! Great place to visit. Richard the manager is very helpful and knowledgeable of all items he has in the store. Store always looks great and is always welcomed by employee. Anthony is very helpful and friendly on every visit. They offer the best amount and take time to contact you so you don't lose your items. If you're not able to make it to the store, you can make payments on the phone. This store is top notch and the service is always 1#. I would not take my business anywhere else. Go in with expectations and come out with a smile. I got to hand it to the store manger for setting a good work ethical culture because the employees follow that culture. Came here to take out a layaway that I originally put in late September and put a $20 down payment. Wasn't able to come on the exact day that it was due, since every time I would show up, it would be closed. I finally got a friendly call to remind me to make a payment, which was awesome of them to do that. I did mention to the associate that I had been trying to make my payment and how it was always closed. So he did tell me that they had been closing early and closed a couple of days due to Covid. He did tell me just to come in and they were open now. Because of my schedule, I did wait another week. Today I called 1st, and asked if my layaway was still available and if they were even open. I mentioned how I didn't want to come all the way over here if they weren't open or if I lost it. The associate told me it was all good still. So sure enough I come and ask to pay off the balance on my item as desired. The associate grabbed the merchandise from the shelf where originally I chose it. I was confused. I would have thought that it would have been in the back. So the associate tells me that I am to pay for the merchandise in full as if I never deposited anything. So I did ask what was going on. She explained that I had lost the layaway and lost the $20 that I had deposited, due to a restocking fee. I explained that I had attempted to come pay for it several times and how they were closed every time. She said that all they could do was give me $10 towards that particular item rather than the full amount that I had paid already. So basically the phone call that I had made and what was said to me was all false. I came across town for bad news, after trying to avoid that. I decided to not do business anymore.. Surely not coming over here for anything. Going to let others know not to neither. Had my eyes on other items as well before going to the counter, but definitely not wanting to get served here anymore.
