Check `n Go Sw Military Dr, San Antonio

I haven't been to many payday loan services, but I didn't have to go far to find one as onerous and intentionally obstructive as Check N Go. I just got off the phone with what I thought was this store's number after going through 3 call centers. Each call center telling me they were transferring me to this store @ 205 SW Military, with the last finally saying that no one was answering the phone. So apparently their customer service works by sending people to a call center, then having that call center try to get someone on the phone at their store. The best way to get any info about your loan is to see them in person.

Had a very good experience dealing with Chech n Go. They were very helpful during my time of need. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you Check n Go!

This is a great place. I've been helped twice with no problems. Customer Service is great. They are very helpful in assisting u with everything. I had Tina assist me this last time n she's wonderful.

I went to cash a check. I was taken back by them asking me to give them a five star review. I should determine what my experience would be not asked to give them what they would like. I didn't appreciate that so I've given a one star. You shouldn't ask us to rate you at all.

I thought it was pretty ridiculous for me to not be able to get a second load after paying off a loan only 2 payments in advance. Paid It off In Hope's to get another one after being told to wait 3 days to reapply and I would be approved. I should be able to reapply and get approved with no problem since I paid off my loan.

A++ Did the application online and came in to the store to finish up and it was a speedy process. Claudia was super helpful and informative. I will definitely recommend them to others.

I got a payday loan for the first time ever and I have to say the process was straightforward and easy. Call ahead to find out what you need to make it easier for you. The staff was friendly, especially the ultra sweet lady who took care of me. In a pinch? Credit not so hot? Steady paycheck but a while til you get paid? They might be able to help you.

Fast friendly and informative. Thank you for helping get my benefits check cashed to pay my rent fast ups lost it. My bank was going to take 2 weeks to process it. Walmart and heb wouldn’t cash it either. I’ll be coming back here for my other benefits check in a couple days!

came and paid a visit to the young ladies at check n go to get some quick cash. Was able to get some quick cash for my immediate needs. All of the women here were nice but one outstanding lady. ( the one who gave me the money ) . Thanks gals!
