Fred the store manager is racist, consistently gives slow, bad, and rude service to African American customers and won’t honor company policy. Guess this location goes by Fred’s policy.

Hours posted on door state they open at 9am. Website conflicts. The lady working in the store didn’t even bother to clarify this while she was working. Multiple people waiting outside. At 920am. She then had the nerve to lower the steel security gate. Piss poor customer service. Open, not open? Doesn’t bother to communicate with customers. RIDICULOUS!

I went there last week to purchase a home theatre system I saw the previous week. I went on a Saturday and it was still there. It had been there for a while so I checked it out and it sounded good and I purchased. Catrina and the associate who were there gave me a really good price on the unit and I purchased it. I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you Catrina and team at this location. It was my first time purchasing at this location but it certainly won’t be my last.

They are always very friendly and happy! No matter how busy, they’re never rude and do their best to work with you and give you want you need. And most places don’t care if you miss your payment, the manager Katrina takes her time to give you a courtesy call. Katrina, Chris, and the 2 other ladies that have been there the longest are always professional & very pleasant. 😊

Rose was an amazing help! I went to 4 other major pawn shops in San Antonio and they allied tried to low ball me. I came to Money Mart on Rigsby and the FIRST price she gave me already beat the other pawn shops with no haggling involved. Superior customer service. Awesome inventory. Will definitely be returning!

I have never been to a pawn shop that had such welcoming and easy to work with staff. I believe I've worked with all the employees at this location. All have been very easy to work with. I'm normally in and out with in 30mins. This has been and will be my go to pawn shop. Thank you so much for helping a gal out

Me and my husband Eugene have used nothing but money mart for over two decades for our pawning and purchasing needs. We used to travel to Austin hwy but since they opened on rigsby It was so much closer and the staff has had some come and go so nice some not so but the two that have remained my fave from day one Catrina and Lisa! As long as they are there I will continue to go.

Money Mart is a great place to shop, sell, and pawn. The employees are very helpful, polite, and willing to work with any customer, the store is well kept clean, the S.A. city needs more places like Money Mart. Keep up the good work.

This is my favorite place to go to and shop for great merchandise. I love the entire staff. I, especially, enjoy transacting business with staff member Rosie. I receive outstanding customer service. She is always so professional and courteous. She is very informative about the merchandise and she knows what I like and keeps me abreast of incoming merchandise. Rosie, keep up the good work!!!😊

This Money Matt Pawn& Jewelry rates the best, because of the manager name Catrina. She insures the store stays clean, and organized, items are priced at affordable rates. One of her most valuable qualities is she treats , us customers , so good, because she’s kind, she cares about customer satsfaction, she’s nice to her workers, she’s friendly, she’s fair, and her immediate presence lets you know, she’s there for you. She also helps you make, and take home good deals. I think she’s really a very good person, and that’s why people return to this store, very often. Catrina promotes a very positive ,warm, and welcoming, and clean environment. She’s the best! She’s very honest, and she is, honestly, the reason, this is the only pawn store we go to, now, in San Antonio.

I went to several different pawn places this morning trying to get enough money for gas to get to work and food for dinner tonight because we just moved into our new place. One of the places systems were down. The second place only wanted to give me half the price I was asking for. I called money mart pawn and the woman who answered was so friendly and nice!!! When I got there I told them the price I was asking for and Chris stated they usually give a little less then that but they stated since my pawn history was good enough they would give me my asking price. Chris was very efficient and worked fast to get me in and out quickly as I was already late for my shift. I would recommend this location to everybody I know!!!!! Great customer service early in the morning and willing to help you get what you need!!!!! Awesome job you guys

She always goes to great lengths in pleasing her customers with such a warm and friendly smile. Every interaction my family and I have had with Ms. Lopez, leaves a lasting impression on us.
