The customer service there was great. They've helped me when I needed it. Very reasonable.

I go in to talk to a gentleman about selling a few things. Him and I had worked out a deal and I had told him I would come back the next day with my goods. I show up the next day expecting to deal with the gentleman I had originally talked to. Instead I'm greeted with the worst female employees. Two of them. They completely disregarded and disrespect me. They told me that deal was yesterday and not today. They completely low balled me and made me feel like I was an addict or thief. I dressed very nice and was not disrespectful. Very rude. Didn't even bother to look up the value of the items I had. No one needs to be treated like this. I will not do business with any money mart pawn again.

I had a great experience here. I'm in here often looking for a telecaster. I finally found one and Megan refused the price without me even needing to ask. She even threw in a case and strap at no extra charge. Thank you to Megan and the rest of the staff for all the help they always offer.

I go in to the store to shop once I get to the counter to see a coach Wallet the employee comes to me and tells me Sr do u have a gun I was carrying a purse and told him u wanna check my purse go head I do not own and carry any Weapons he is I though u had one on u had I will never come back to this store and I ask for gel they jump me to help other costumers how bad costumer service and will like to talk to the Dm or corporate I felt like my money was not worth anything for the employee and I am from Minnesota just passing buy to shop how sad they treat there costumers like this

Wonderful!! I will will not go to any other pawn shop, this is one of the best pawn shops anywhere. Customer service is amazing. Mrs. Trisha took care of me on this visit and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I am a contractor, I'm a small company and sometimes I get into binds. I bring my tools and whatever I need to in order to get through a situation and these individuals here just super exceed anything that I expect when I walk in here. Thank you guys!

This is one of my favorite pawn shops to do treasure hunting at. Roy and his staff are simply great and provide outstanding customer service. The location is super clean with a good selection and good prices. Never know what you're going to find here.Good selection of new and used firearms too. This location is what other pawn shops should strive to emulate.

Absolutely RUDE manager. Caught an attitude when she was wrong about the item’s worth (No damages to the item/had everything it came with) and when the EMPLOYEE took over because I wasn’t getting service she was gonna give me the correct amount ($25) but the manager that wanted to catch that attitude said “no give her $20”. The employee nicely told her “the computer says $25 for the trade in” and the nasty attitude manager said to her “if you want your job make it $20”. Disgusting customer service. Regardless if it’s just $5 less she should’ve acted more professional. Idc about $5.
