It's a pawn shop they give you a little as they can for what you pawn. I buy a lot of audio music and tools everything in there is overpriced or is broken I inspect everything before I purchase I went to the amplifiers they all had issues the Bluetooth speakers all over price practically at store value retail value their tools overpriced and used a lot it's a typical pawn shop

Honestly, this is hands down my favorite location to come to. I will drive across town just to sell or pawn my items here. The staff is extremely friendly and is always doing the best they can to help you get the biggest bang for your buck. Monica, the manager is always on top of everything from the store looking presentable to knowing exactly what her customers are coming in for. I love this location and refuse to go anywhere else.

Ms. Gabby''s customer service skills are absolutely awesome, both in person or over the phone. She's amazing! The store's cleanliness is wonderful and the store's overall appearance is inviting and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this business!

Pete, Monica & Gabby are really nice! They always make me feel welcomed and not ashamed of having to get a loan! I rather drive the extra mile to come her because I know my service is appreciated ! The manager Monica personally helped me out. The inventory in the shop was amazing, they had all name brand purses, watches, jewelry that are top notch quality. I was able to purchase a James Avery charm bracelet and charms for my daughter.

First off I'd like to add that I'm a person that especially looks at customer service I like to go into a store and know that I feel welcomed acknowledge me I don't have to tell you what this store they did such a great job with both the employees are always awesome always have a smile and the managers are fantastic especially Pete and Monica these are part of management stuff and I can say that they're doing a great job as managers cuz it shows on their employees everytime I come to the store I leave happy I'd also like to add that the prices on your merchandise are very reasonable and that's why I keep coming back can you tell me I have questions about a product they're always there time for any questions for me I love to send my friend and family to this location there's very few out there that can make me as happy as the store so I give you guys a 5-star rating you all deserve it very much. I've always said always take care of your employees and your employees will take care of you that being said come visit this store you will leave happy

Usually go by as a loyalty customer. Alberto who is employee there, was so helpful and patience with me when I was checking out the weed eater and the place are super clean and organize everything unlikely another Pawn Shop. I put that place as in my favorites.

I visited this location a few days ago to sell some items and was shocked by the level of professionalism that Monica and her staff portrayed. While I’ve utilized other locations for convenience this one truly stood out to me! I was Immediately greeted and assisted right away. The staff was transparent from the beginning on the process and the amount of time it would take and I was walking out within 30 minutes. It’s like they truly cared about getting me taken care of and were happy to do it! Thank you Money Mart On Kirk Plc for helping me! My family and I truly Appreciate it!!!!!

Don’t come here with your jewelry be warned! The staff here I have known for years the new management on the other hand will take advantage of you if you don’t know what your doing. Brought a chain here and was asking for $600 but the manager which is new at this location don’t remember what his name was offered me $400 and that was the best he could do and I knew the value of it so went to cash America on Culebra and they gave $650 for my chain.

Amazing customer service every time you walk in! They always make sure to greet everyone that walks in, no matter how busy they are. If there is ever a line, they always apologize and let you know they’ll be right with you. They are all very knowledgeable about various items, and always answer any questions I have. The best pawn shop in SA!!

Wow! Great prices the people here know what they are doing. Very nice and very attentive. I bought a PlayStation 4 there for $185. This place is very clean and organized. I recommend them to anyone. I won't go anywhere else. 5 stars for me!!

I love THIS Money Mart!! My son and I go here all the time. Good prices on games and great selection of purses and jewelry. And they give u top dollar over any other pawn shop I've tried and I'm 41 so I've tried a lot!! Thank u guys for such great service!! As a customer service representative for over 25 yrs...I say they get top awards for customer satisfaction!! Because even the females give everyone the same attention!! Not like other shops who only GIVE customers they like or try to hit on more attention than my sick son...who buys more games bc he's sick and can't do much than probably the customers they favor.
