Money Mart W University Dr, Mesa

I haven’t had the best luck being approved for any loans due to my credit history. I found Money Mart on while searching through different loans. Money Mart was able to assist me MORE than I expected. Simple , easy to follow process! Everything was super quick! Highly recommended!

Wow, very quick & easy! My first time borrowing from money mart location in Mesa. Carla helped me over the phone, informing me of all docs required to avoid disapproval. Once I arrived both clerks were very polite & helpful. I will be returning in the future! So fast & easy & professional. Thank you very much

Maria helped me get in and out of the store within 15 minutes I was able to walk out with the money I needed. She was very clear and precise on the documents I needed and went over every detail with me to make sure I understood fully. Great customer service! 😊

I would rate my experience with 10 stars if I could! The staffs are very friendly, knowledgeable and patient especially Sofia and Gaby! For someone who works in the Customer Service Field for another big cooperate company, I can say they have great quality customer service! Also I lost my ID and they were kind enough to reach out to me and let me know they have it before they closed. Thank you ladies for the service (:

amazing customer service, seems to be very trans-friendly from my experience-- i had had some difficulty getting a check to go through because of discrepancy between my legal & chosen name & they were able to give me amazing advice & get my check to go through. 6/5 stars !! highly recommend to anyone !

Absolutely love coming here! It is a bit of a drive since the location near me closed, but I am happy to make it. All the staff here is great, especially Maria! I have a great experience every time!

The loan process is tedious to say the least. I went back and forth to the office a couple times trying to get nessisary documents in line. Running into Maria was heaven sent. She was so very helpful. Without her, I would have given up. Maria goes above and beyond customer service. Money mart is where at!

I applied for a short term pay day loan at the store. I'm used to doing things online, so I was a little skeptical about coming into the store. But I brought in all the documents they requested, filled out the application, and requested my loan. Although the first-time loan app process required a bit of paperwork, the Money Mart staff were amazingly fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They helped me breeze through the application process as fast as possible. I'm fortunate to have been approved for the loan, and they loaded the money onto my debit card instantaneously, which was awesome. The rate on a short term loan I got surprised me by how low it was compared to similar short term loans I had done before, which was a pleasant surprise. I love support staff that move with purpose and know their stuff--Money Mart in Mesa definitely hires good people. I so appreciate this quick loan to help me in a pinch. Will definitely come to Money Mart in the future if I need another short term loan.

I had to get loans before when I fell on hard times and I have to say that Money Mart is by far the best one I've ever been to. The staff makes you feel like family and by far the loan they offer is a lot easier to pay off they don't over charge you and make you pay three time more then you borrow. Whenever I need the help they are the first ones I think of and go to.

Awesome place and great atmosphere. People are great and friendly to help you with your money and paperwork. Karla is very friendly and always makes your day better with a smile.

I recently entered the Money Mart in the Mesa location and was amazed by the customer service received...
