Money Mart W Valencia Ave, Tucson

I've been to this one 4 times already. Everytime I've gone the staff was polite nice they smiled they greeted me. The last time I went the manager helped me(last year). She was very nice she chatted with me and we talked about how ridiculous it was that my bank has cashed my kids school checks several time but that they changed everything and now we're putting holds then releasing my money into my account. Luckily she helped me and it was easy!! I should of gone there 1st cuz at my bank it took 2hrs waiting then having to deal with bs but when I went to Money Mart it took 10mins!!! Wow!! I'll be going back again and I'd recommend this location.

Been using for money mart for a few years now everytime i need a lil bit of a cash advance. Always quick and easy. Love there service always friendly.

I have been a long term customer with this location and continued to make the drive across town 30 minute drive just to return to this particular location because the customer service and the employees here make it easy. I have been coming for over 10 years now!

For the last couple of weeks I've been having to travel on the bus not only one bus but 3 buses just to be able to assist my husband he can only take money out if money mart and here in tucson there's only one location for the last couple weeks they been having problems with there system 🙄😒😵😥😥 I called the main money mart to see why 4his is happening and to file a complaint why have it open if u can't give people there own money what a waste of time and money that I don't got to be wasting now today March 1st 2022 there excuse is the momentum phone ain't working again I guess I'm not going to be able to get money to buy food and pay the rent and bills GOD PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!

Amazing representatives and very helpful they explain everything to me in great detail and answered any question that I had. Wonderful experience with getting my loan done and the representative was so amazing and helpful

Your CSR are professional and friendly but the lack of available funds seems to be a constant issue. The dinosaur computers don’t help either. With only one (1) store in Tucson an upgrade would be a great consideration. It’s not as if your company is not a profitable one.

Such a convenient service when you’re in a pinch and staff is always professional and willing to answer questions.
