Money Mart W Rancho Santa Fe Blvd, Avondale

I love going to this place when I need to use their service. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and they sure know how to keep a smile on your face. My favorite cashier was Desiree she has black hair and very nice piercings. She stayed professional while helping me and was quick and straight to the point and I was out of their in no time! I highly recommend coming here if you need their services, they will take care of you the right way!

I was at the store on Christmas Eve. With 15min to spare, driving 2 hours down to the valley and 2 hours back home, I realized I didn’t have any of my paperwork with me. Desiree went above and beyond to help me out and was able to process my request. She was the only lady working that night and have a handful of people in the store. She was very professional and kind. Definitely enjoyed working with her!

Melissa did an awesome job explaining everything I needed before I came in. Super friendly, quick and easy! Will be back and definitely refer some friends 😄

Please don't visit here, I tried cashing a money order and they wanted 10%, the money order was for $750 so to cash it it was $75. CRAZYNESS!!! The lady at the counter stated if we don't like it we can always go somewhere else. Horrible service from a horrible company and horrible people.

They have Currency Exchanged listed as a service but that is incorrect, as soon as I arrived they said they don’t do it. Waste of time for a lot of people for not updating your website!

My experience with Money Mart was nothing short of amazing. They went above and beyond to assist me through the approval process. Very professional and respectful interaction with the person I worked with. This was my first time getting a loan and I was happily surprised and the speed and ease it took. They are very efficient and the entire process took about 15 min. I would recommend Money Mart Avondale to anyone looking for services of this kind.

So much to say about the location but none more than the amazing, genuine caring, informative wonderful employee by the name of Melissa!! I would like to personally thank her for going above and beyond in making my experience not only quick and painless but she showed a genuine interest in not only helping her customers but also representing Money Mart!! Finally there was no no static or delay in cashing my cashier's check with my id It cost $30 but it took .Alot of stress off an already situation. The clerks were very polite courteous and professional. Nevermind the competers. Thank You Katherine L. Shoed

Ashley and the ladies here at Money mart are amazing.. I have been coming here off and on for 2 years to cash my checks, today I came in with a complicated situation with a check that my bank would not cash in a timely manner that Ashley handled with Ease. With many phone calls back and forth and a busy waiting room she was able to solve the issue with a smile. I went to several banking institutions with no luck before coming back here . I would recommend Ashley and the team here at Money Mart for all your check cashing needs. No matter how busy they are they always greet you with a smile and work hard to get you the money you need!! I used to come here years ago, and just came back to use their services. This place has always been so professional with friendly and efficient employees. I believe Desiree (long dark hair, super cool piercing) helped me today and she was great! It's quick, to the point and at great rates! I had also been watching Melissa interact with her customer while I was waiting in line and I felt she deserved a kudos as well..just in case her customer did not do her Google review...I've worked as a Quality Specialist and my job was judging customer service with a fine tooth comb for over 13 years and it's been a very long time since I've felt and witnessed this type of exchange and level of concern to take care with their customers.
