I am writing to share my experience regarding the service I received at McCoy Rd . Elisabeth is professional full of knowledge about her duties and responsibilities. She provided me excellent service and explained to me all the required information that I asked her clearly. She is patient, knowledgeable and knows how to serve customers. Therefore, I would like to thank her for every things she helped me. Elisabeth keep up the good work I am really satisfied with what you did for me

My experience was very good, Sylvia was very helpful from beginning to end. She helped in the setting of my online banking, user id set up all the way to downloading the mobile app. I left very impressed with the customer service quality of the credit union. I will highly recommend this place to my friends. Thank you for your great service.

I've always felt as a valued member and on this occasion I must take the time to praise all you guys at the McCoy Rd branch and more so Christine Rivera who recently helped me apply for an auto loan with such professionalism but yet personable and caring customer service attitude. Buying a car is nothing easy. Raphael made this possible just because the way he do things at MCCoy… Honest, fast and professional. Came with a high interest rate from Carmax; came to MCCoy and Raphael right there introduce himself and helped me navigated the whole process. He gave me a better deal with them and also convince me to get a credit card.. This guys is patient and manager type.. I’m very jealous with my credit and my money and with him; I didn’t think twice.. Came back the next day cuz an error from the dealer and to my luck; he was there ready to fix it.. After fixing the loan for me because dealer gave us wrong amount; he gave me a even better rate and better payment.. This guys should be at the top of his game; because customer service is a skill not everyone poses; and a guy like me; even harder to deal with.. Linda was great to work with. I really enjoy having Mccoy as a bank. They treat you as a person and not a number. Nothing but great experiences so far. Currently have an auto loan and a personal loan with Mccoy and I have had no issues. Highly recommend

Barbara from Member Services was exceptionally helpful when I called about an account access issue. She was polite, professional and most importantly patient with me, the member who was having an issue. Thanks to her help, my issue was resolved and I could do what I needed to. Thank you Barbara, you are certainly one of the reasons I continue to use McCoy Federal Credit Union for all my banking needs.

When I first got an account here, I was happy to have found this Credit Union. After a little over a month, I am extremely disappointed. First, KYC laws dictate that they check my ID only if they don't know me. They greet me by name but constantly check my ID. Second, somehow an address that I never gave them appeared on my account and caused me major problems with other vendors. Third, they use this weird cleaning chemical that makes me very nauseous and dizzy. When I ask them to stop using it, they use more. It must be a Florida thing because everywhere I go everyone wears two masks (cloth and disposable) and sprays this chemical. Fourth, I'm paying $8 per month for the account but had to contact 5 government regulators and the BBB to be able to use my Mobile Protect feature when my phone was stolen. Fifth, when I finally lost patience and complained, Rafael the assistant branch manager demanded I leave and not come back. He handed me a card with a corporate contact. When I contacted Mandy Wolfgang at extension 51140, she didn't return my call. Sixth, activating my debit card was a nightmare and I still haven't been able to. Other problems include them giving me false info to try to set up services, endless referrals to other departments without answers, giving me fake phone numbers, etc. This has been the worst banking experience ever. I genuinely feel like they're trying to do everything they can to remove access to my money and make my life harder.

Where do I even begin. It was my first time ever going into a bank and opening up an account with you guys, I had no idea how it was going to go but Miss Ambra Carter made it such a wonderful experience. She walked me through every single thing I need to know, she was very patient with me and all of my questions. She shared some of her own experiences with me to help me get a better understanding of certain things which was a great help! She was overall just a wonderful person and calling her an amazing employee is an understatement! I’m definitely glad I joined McCoy and I will be calling her with any questions I may ever have! 😊

Excellent service provided by Sylvia. Took the time to answer all our questions, and explain all details of our loan, staying longer and never making us feel rushed. Absolutely professional. What an amazing experience!

I was not happy with my Interest rate with Ally so I had paid a visit to Mccoys Federal witch has been my Bank for about 5 years. The bank has been great and I Deff considered refinancing my Vehicle. I met Raphael Reyes in witch i spoke too and was able to get a better understanding in the topic. Mr. Reyes helped me understand everything and was such a great company wile the hole process was being done. It turned out I was able to finance with Mccoys at a super low IPR and all thanks to Raphael and all his great advice. I will Deff keep going back to his location just because of how comfortable I feel because of how great he was. Super satisfied Thank you so much. Today i spoke with Christina Rivera and she was very helpful and courteous I was having a difficult time logging into my account she stayed on the phone assisted me with resetting my password and making sure i was able to login . I thank her for her excellent service . Kudos to her

These comments only apply to the acquisition/transition of gulf states cu to mccoy (my checking/savings is/was with gulf states). I have been waiting 2 days for someone fr mccoy to call me back to answer a very simple question. I'm 39th in line on this call... Mccoy's confusing written instructions say the only change to my account # is that '990' was added to the gulf states account number; however, this doesn't differentiate between my checking and savings account. help!

At first I thought to myself that it was impossible for me to do good with my credit. I am a customer of Bank of America and I received for my credit standing $600 and no other offers, I wanted to refinance my car, but I didn’t do it with Bank of America because they didn’t appreciate me as much as McCoy Federal credit Union, but to my surprise my car got refinance through them for a much lower rate 4.5 from 13.75 would you agree that appreciation is needed for the good professional environment at McCoy Bank I’m not just saying this, but this was really a great Credit union and if you had that experience that I had , which is fantastic. I had a very fast and experience staff they know what they were doing smooth sailing and accurate I never would say this from past experience , this banking experience was great . Fast ,accurate , friendly.
