I got stranded in Orlando while waiting for parts for my car to be ordered and found this trustworthy and honest place. The people were very helpful, friendly and understanding. It is the only place in Central Florida and its other locations in South Florida I will go to if I ever get caught in a jam and need money. The 10% interest is more than fair compared to other places which are double. Muchas gracias and see you again but to make purchases and not pawn. Thanks again!!!!

I came in to pawn a handgun. When I went to come pick it up I was helped and treated very well. As I was waiting for the background check the lady that helped me made sure that I was ok and offered me something to drink as I waited. They are very bad they give out very low pricing for the stuff you offer and if you go for example to sell a tablet ! It has be either Samsung or apple horrible expirience. Do not recommend

It is very rare when you walk in to pawn shop to sell something and get what you ask for . This pawn shop always exceeded my expectation. The management and staff are very courteous and respectful. I highly recommend this shop.

I purchased a Whirlpool side by side fridge from these people here it is 4 months later and the fridge still does not work I have replaced three parts on this fridge come to find out the control board is no good and the control board cost more than what I paid for the fridge struggling trying to find a new fridge or get reimbursed from you guys so I can buy a new fridge you guys do not offer repair service for the fridge so I'm stuck in limbo but still need a fridge... If possible can I return this first to your guys establishment for a refund??
