I discovered this pond shop when my local pond shop was closed for the weekend and I’m glad I did!! Everyone is so friendly and they definitely took care of us. I also Love that they give you an itemized receipt. Also- They have a very good variety of items for sale from jewelry, to lawn appliances, electronics, purses, sunglasses etc. Check them out if you’re in the area!

This is the best pawnshop I have ever been to. They have great prices and they are very fair when it comes to pawning and selling. The employees are the greatest. Very respectful and understanding. Especially Aysha. If you ever pass a La Familia then you should stop by if you are buying or selling.

If you have ever been to La familia (better yet on Americana and texas.) then you would know then you have been to some of the best pawnshops in the world. Sincerly their staff is the greatest. Very nice and understanding. They have the best prices for both pawning selling and buying. I have been going for years and not once have I had an issue, Unlike other pawnshops. Make sure to say hi to Reggie. Reggie always makes me feel like familia hence the name. La familia on americana is awesome.

Mike did an amazing job with helping me today, although he couldn't accept my phone for a cracked screen he was honest and gave me multiple recommendations on where I could try to take it to get the most $ for it. The Manager Justin is an asset to your company he runs a great store and has a really good Team. Mike also has a brilliant future in front of him and should be groomed to join the Management part of your company.I spent over 30 years in Management reaching the Regional level before an accident put me on disability and ended my career. This store has a personal touch and the Team members actually seem happy and upbeat. I have been to 5-6 of your stores throughout my career and this store is clearly the best one I’ve visited.

Came here for a piece of jewelry for a Valentine’s Day gift and they have a lot of options and reasonable prices. As soon as I entered I was greeted by one of the co workers even though they were busy with a guest. Very well mannered employees that work there and very understanding with what your looking for. Will definitely come here again.

Mike is the coolest and most thoughtful person at this location, all the staff is super nice and super awesome but Mike went above and beyond, I recently lost my soulmate a few months ago she was everything to me, with this going on work was hard as well, I finally was able to get back on my feet and help some of my grieving, and payments were hard to keep up with, Mike has no idea what he’s done for me but my Computer is everything and he helped me figure out the perfect plan to get the payments in and help me get my stuff back. 100% recommend these guys they really care. 11/10

This was my first time in a pawn shop and it was an amazing experience. I wish I could remember their names but the lady with the dreads and the manager guy were super friendly and very helpful. If I need to pawn anything else I will for sure come to lafamilia Pawn first.

Friendly shops, though pricing on merchandise is frequently optimistic. Some personnel are willing to consider offers, and some aren't, it's a roll of the dice. Overall, La Familia is definitely worth a look.

Came there to pawn a pretty impressive speaker worth 380. Bucks. Left with 150. Not exactly mad because I know they have to make money but to not even get half of the worth makes it seem like highway robbery. Average place

This place is consistently amazing, I go to most of these locations across central Florida because they have great deals overall. I'm always dealing with Mike he's very smart and knowledgeable I find him at both the Oak Ridge and Americana stores. He's always attentive and willing to go above and beyond to help me with anything I'm looking for. Overall I recommend this store to all, not just because of the amount of products they have, but their customer service is good something that's really lacking with other pawn shops.

My experience with the sale associates was very nice. They were pleasant, manor able, and showed concern in what I was saying. The associates were knowledgeable about the products and prices. There was no sign of hesitation when answering my questions. They made it easy for me to shop there and I'm going to go back and shop there again.

Great establishment. I’ve lived in the area almost a year and never thought to stop by but today i was looking for a B ps4 and not only was this the only store in the area to have one. They held it for me while i tried to find it at other stores. Friendly staff. Great service and fast.

Well.... I get it and understand social distancing rules ,... I came in to ask about a few item I was looking for to buy and the first thing they said , ●Do you have a mask!?? ■Hhmmm ,no with me but if you have one I can get ill use it no problem ●sure its 1$... ■(me)😳😳🤨🤨 seriously?? Ok I just have a quick question ●well you need a mask .... ■ ( me ) lol... ok nevermind And just left ,I guess giving 1 mask is too much to people that want to buy some stuff, I found better pawn within 10 min

First time at La Familia and was an overall a great experience. Staff was very helpful, courteous and mindful of my time, which is greatly appreciated. They have awesome deals and a very good selection of sale items. The store was clean and very responsible with safety measures.
