As Sylvia was explaining them to myself, another customer came up close to myself on the counter and this particular customer was extremely loud, obnoxious and belligerent while talking on their phone. Sylvia kindly asked this 'woman' customer to please move down the counter so she can explain this particular financial opportunity to myself. This 'woman' customer became even more ignorant and obnoxious and the individual with whom she was speaking to on the phone also became very ignorant. But Sylvia was the EPITOME of calm, cool and professionalism. I myself work in the customer service field and it is getting very taxing dealing with the public and it takes a VERY special person to have patience because the majority of customers inhabit animalistic tendencies and act like they are owed something. Sylvia is a great example of pure professionalism and is a great ambassador for ACE CASH EXPRESS, INC.
