Made an appointment with Joy together with my son, our needs were met as expected and everything went smoothly all throughout our visit. Joy also offered many other things and provided helpful insight to the both of us. All in all, the visit was really nice and we’re definitely going to go back to her whenever we need anything in the future!

I came in today to get a replacement debit card after being a victim of 2 different scams this month! Zach Calkins met me as I was signing in & offered to help me. As he started checking my account he found that the person I talked with 2 days ago about the scams dropped the ball & didn't file any reports on the scams nor did she cancel my debit card as she said she would. Thank goodness for Zach bc he has taken care of it all today!!! Addition Financial is blessed to have Zach in your employment!!!!

Joann Johnson was absolutely wonderful!! Nobody wants to wake up to see fraudulent charges on their account and have to cancel their card and go to the bank in the middle of a work day to get a new card but Joann made this bad experience an actually pleasant one!! Going inside the bank to use a teller is quicker than waiting in your car at the drive up. I’ve been using this bank for several years now and that doesn’t seem to change. Staff here are friendly enough and helpful but it’s nothing special and it’s not my preferred bank. It’s just convenient because there aren’t any other banks in the area. Plenty of parking with easy access to the inside and there are two walk up ATMs outside.

I had an emergency and needed assistance, unfortunately the drive thru on a Saturday is unable to assist with what I needed. However I was overheard at the window asking if there way any way I could get some help before Monday, Joann had a no show appointment and allowed me to come into the branch for help. This was so kind, gracious and unexpected. She really saved me a headache and I am so thankful for her excellent customer service she provided and very thankful for her going the extra mile. 5 Stars for sure. Cynthia , I went to work on a probate estate account which I knew very little of. My eyes were filled with tear and my knowledge about probate was minimum. The moment I sat down you took charge ,research the unsure and establish what I came to do, open the account. Losing a child is difficult so is dealing with an probate estate ; however you provided comfort and accomplishments and wipe the tears with much kindness. Best, Diana

Today was my first experience with Addition Financial at 5301 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32809, and based on the great service I received today it will be a long pleasant relationship. Rebekah Marsh helped me with my banking needs. She was extremely helpful, and any question she couldn’t answer she asked Associate Manager Jennie Hummel. Between them they opened an account for me, explained each step clearly, and even looked up interest rates and loan information upon my request. I commend this financial institution for having such well trained and helpful associates.

I’ve been a member of this bank since 2014 and haven’t Joann was wonderful and politely and quickly got my debit card sorted. She also informed me of other things the bank has to offer! Definitely go see her.
