I have been in the market for a new car for a while but my credit is not all there so I was skeptical. Iafter some research online finally I decided to go to US auto sales. I was surprised and amazed to see how easy and convenient they make the process to buy a car. I went out with a new car and extremely satisfied. Silvia helped me with the process and I was blown away. Friendly staff, great customer service. I would absolutely recommend. "all credit types".

I got a 2013 Ford Edge and they got me into the car but as soon as contacted them to tell them I was in-between jobs and be making a late payment with the first paycheck the CSR said ... No problem just keep intouch and I will note the account. They came shortly after to pick up the vehicle in the middle of the night days after I talked to them? It made no sense! And when I got paid I end up paying close to $600 more for towing and storage fees after I already made arrangements! The reps don't check the notes or put notes on the account as mentioned nor do they keep their word on payment arrangements .... I'm just saying!

Please come see them. Ask for Tom literally the best!!! I was just about to walk out when Tom approached me and was able to help me get into a great vehicle in my price range. Absolutely super happy with my purchase!!

DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!!!! I got a 2016 Dodge Dart. And in the first few weeks I've had to replace my brakes and rotors plus the engine light came on. The car rattle's like crazy when I get to 60mph. My AC has stopped working. Mind you I pay extra for the "extended warranty" in which you have to go through so much red tape just to get a claim. I'm so annoyed with this place I totally regret gettya car from them. I'm so disappointed. I feel Scammed

I purchased a 2012 Ford Focus from this dealership with a 30 day 1000 mile warranty and purchased an additional warranty. I put 1500 dollars down on this vehicle and made all payments on time. Within the first 26 days the light came on for Transmission malfunction. I contacted the warranty company for the dealership and they gave me a claim number and sent me to their preferred auto shop. I was told by the shop that it needed a new TCM and that currently they are on National backorder for all vehicles with no known ETA. I notified the warranty company of this and was given the run around for over a week. Then they lied and said it was a recall which was wrong per Ford. While reading the warranty from the dealership it was noted that if the vehicle was unrepairable that they had to refund my money or replace the car with a comparable car. They refused to do either of this and within 4 months I now had a vehicle that couldn't be repaired or driven. I therefore returned the vehicle to them and had to purchase a new one elsewhere and now this company has placed it on my credit as a negative item. Not to mention they over charged me by three times the amount minimum. I also never missed a payment or was late. This company is a rip off and fraud and takes advantage of people in need of help!!!!!
