GREAT experience! Called to get a price on a handgun. Pricing was extremely fair (no price gouging). Went over there to purchase the gun, the transaction went smoothly and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! I'm in a specific situation which makes it harder and longer to process the background check (immigration status). Most stores are lost and/or take forever, when they don't simply refuse to do it. I was with them for 30 minutes: they did everything flawlessly, and I got an approval in less than 3 hours! I would definitely recommend the place.

Came to the shop today in need of some help for a couple different things I was looking for. Orlando was the one who helped us and he was amazing and friendly as well as the team. Felt like family throughout the process and will certainly be returning to hang and use their services again.

We are very happy with the laptop from this pawnshop. We didn’t pick the right one from the first time, but they were super nice to exchange it when we came back an hour later. I have not been to too many pawn shops, but always though some type of way about those places. In the contrary - this place was very clean, organized, had great staff, of which one of the gentlemen was speaking Russian, another one - Spanish (really important in the touristy place and Orlando area). They went an extra mile to help and were super friendly. We will be back!

Being looking for an AR 15 for a few months now, walk in this place that for me is in the other side of town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They a big selection firearms in excellent condition and at a fair price. And if you buy their in-store warranty it covers alot on your weapons including cleaning. If you are looking for for a firearm and you can't find it, give them a visit you might get surprised.

Joe was amazing. Helped me quick and I didnt have to wait. Will be coming back to purchase myself one of the nice AR-15s they have. I just went back in because I have some questions about something I had pawned. Wish I could give them another 5 star rating because Orlando was amazing. He could very easily have done what I was asking him to do which would have cost me more money in the long run. Instead he was very customer conscientious and showed me a way to actually save my money and get my item back. This is the best pawn shop I have ever been to.

ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN FFL, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!! I wanted to find a New FFL to do my transfers through because shoot straight gave me the run around. Pawn bros was everything the reviews said they would be. The guys in the shop were very professional and a great pleasure to do business with. They got my transfer in and called me within a few hours. It was such a smooth experience that I plan on doing all my future transfers through them. The shop was very clean, neat and organized. I was greeted right when I walked in. There was no pressure to purchase anything. I wish I had some more time to look around and check things out a little more. All in all, it was a great experience and I would recommend these guys to anyone! THANK YOU PAWN BROS!!!
